A:  Thank you for posting your on-line feedback. We would like to take this opportunity to respond to your comment. I've looked at our stock and our artwork for the packaging and they show it as 2.7 sones on it's lowest setting, same as Home Depot's website.

A:  I see 2.7 for the middle setting, 3 for highest setting and 1.5 for slowest setting. I suspect the box is right; I'm sure the unit is quietest on slowest speed and the mfr would most likely quote the lowest noise level on the box (4 marketing reasons! )

You can use a stainless steel polish and a non-abrasive scouring pad. Always clean in the direction of the grain (original polish lines).
