Mounting holes.
The mounting holes are 6 inches apart. Measure the holes of your bowl. My bowl was 6¾ inches.

Great Replacement
They state it is only for appropriate base, however, after reading the reviews and the price was right I thought why not. I didn't swap out any of the inside hardware like some suggested because I wanted to see how it worked. Well, including unwrapping it I had it working in 10 minutes. The base I have is American Standard and it was a perfect fit. So far so good and no leaks, most importantly the water goes down like it is supposed to.

Amazing Value
My old toilet tank bolts were rusted to the point of no extraction. So, I needed a new tank and new kit for the inside. Bought this item instead. This is perhaps the best toilet plumbing value I have ever seen . It took 10 minutes to unwrap, install and flush! No leaks anywhere. This tank includes everything you need already installed. Just remove the old tank, pop this one in its place, hook up the water line, open the water valve and you're done! I highly recommend this product.

It matches standard toilet bowl
This replacement tank has all the parts needed inside the tank/and installation. It matches installation bolt holes of a standard toilet bowl. However, it does not come with the hose connecting the water supply valve and the tank. The price and quality is the best.

Ok but has issues
Easy to install but the flush valve in the box is a piece of junk. I would suggest getting and installing a lower flush valve on installation, if not you'll have a very weak flush and have to end up changing it later. Hope this helps
