My toilet backpiece came broken and i need my money back

It has all parts you need to replace the broken tank. The two bolt hole center distance is about 14 cm.

After reading several reviews that said to ignore claims it only works with the specified toilet I decided to try it. (Store employee saw it in my cart and told me it wouldn't work too). I brought it home and exchanged the included flapper with a Fluidmaster flapper after reading of tank fill issues and it works great. Everything matched up and it took maybe 30 minutes to install.

Right fit to replace cracked American Standard tank. No modifications at all, it was like plug and play. Took only 30 minutes to install. Highly recommended for the money.

I placed this on a bowl that had a three inch opening by placing the 2” gasket above a three inch gasket and tightening down. Toilet flushes less water due to high placement of flapper.

Easy install, pulled out existing guts and put hi flow guts in . Works great.

The warning that this tank will only fit the the one specific toilet is incorrect . I installed it on my Elmer toilet bowl with no trouble. All the parts and gaskets were included and it fit perfectly.

As others have mentioned, this tank works just fine with the Lamosa Sahara. The price is great as well!

I found 3 hairline cracks in my Lamosa®/Vortens® Vienna™ tank and this NCC tank of yours is identical to it. To ensure proper preference however, i did take all the parts out of it and put the old ones on since these were an assortment of genuine replacement tank parts from different major manufacturers such as KOHLER®, Mansfield, etc. Otherwise this is a perfect tank replacement for Lamosa® Sahara™, Vienna™ (shown), and ♿Rhodas toilet bowls.

Awesome price for this toilet bowl! It has all the internal hardware which makes it easy to install. It took about an hour to install.

You will need to change out the Flush valve super easy I got the Fluidmaster deluxe has multiple flush valve, toilet water level, tank water level adjustments . Works, looks and flushes better than new. Save your older nice toilets use this.

The tank works fine but the flapper part is not designed well because it is located about half way up the discharge pipe. There is not enough water or pressure to flush completely so multiple flushes are necessary. Water remains in about half the tank. I had to swap out the flapper part that opens at the bottom. It work fine after.

looked this up on line and decided to give it try. After reading the review, I knew i wound need a new flush valve which I already had. The holes center to center is 5 1/2" . That was perfect for my toilet base. The install was easy and it came with everything needed to do the swap. I gave it 4 stars but could be higher if the flush vavle was not so high. It fit a Lomosa, model Sahara.

Excellent product. Was not the exact match but needed to replace for a party. For the price of about $34.00 it was perfect, and very inexpensive. Easy to install, looks great. It comes with all working parts so all you have to do is bolt it on with the brand new hardware and seals, and connect the water line. It flushes very nice and quiet, and everything works perfectly. Easy installation. Could not be happier.

This tank replacement fit perfectly and the flushing component works quietly. Installation took less than 10 minutes and we were back to business, with no leaks or issues. The directions are general, and it helps if you have basic plumbing experience.

Bought this to replace a cracked Eljier tank. It worked great. 5.5 inches between the screws which connect the tank to the bowl, and as someone answered in the Q&A, the hole and screw holes are centered in the tank front to rear. I also did what someone commented on and bought an entire replacement kit (Korky) for the innards of the tank, as the flush tube sits so high with the one that comes with the tank that only half of the water from the tank would empty. The nice thing with the Korky kit is both the refill valve and flush tube are adjustable. Also comes with all the nuts, washers, screws and gaskets you need to install onto your bowl. I thought I only had 11 inches of rough in based on the old toilet, but I removed it, replaced the wax ring and bolts, and realized that there is some adjustment that can be made sliding the toilet back or forth a little bit. So it fit great. I also added some thin weather stripping behind the toilet tank lid to reduce and wear on the wall behind the toilet since it was a tight fit for me. Overall, I would buy again if the other toilet tank breaks.

Tank was well packed and came with everything I needed to install it. Fitted perfectly and works well. Only problem is the water quantity is a not enough and has to be double flushed most times thus defeating water saving idea. Looks good.

I used this to replace a top tank on an existing toilet. The existing base is not a "low volume" model, so after I installed this tank I discovered that even at the maximum water level, there was not enough water released from the top tank to cause the base to "flush". The reason for this is this tank has a rather stupid design whereby the flapper is mounted on top of a riser which is approximately 6" high. Therefore, even if the tank was completely full of water, only about half of it can be flushed. I wish they would have put the flapper down at the bottom and simply used the fill valve to control the desired water level. That would make this design more adaptable to more toilets. I suppose the existing flapper might be able to be removed and replaced with a standard one, but that defeats much of the cost savings of this tank. I was still able to use this tank - I found a 3/4 PVC compression union in the PVC aisle which was the perfect size to fit on top of the tube attached to the flapper valve. This allowed the water level to be adjusted above where it would normally just go down that tube. By setting the water level to come up to just touching the flush handle gasket, enough water can now go down to flush the base. I could have set the water level above the handle, but I didn't know how much I could trust the handle gasket not to leak, plus this was being installed in a student rental where they aren't always the best about notifying me of problems. I am including a photo with this review showing how I used the PVC compression fitting to be able to increase the water level.

My tank cracked and whent to the Clifton heights home depo and asked if they had a replacement tank and the guy said no they don't sell them , after looking on line the Ridley park store had them thank god that guy had no idea what he was talking about , whent to the Ridley one and found them very helpful and bought it it whent right on in 5 min everything you needed was in it worked great all for 30$ best thing ever , the bolt holes are 5/1/2" apart

$31 and it comes with internal components (fill & flush valves/lever). The flush valve (flapper) is high above the base of the tank (which is unusual) and lever is made of cheap plastic so I'll replace those soon. The holes for the attachment bolts are 5.5" from the center with a 2" flush valve. My old tank was leaking from one bolt and the bolt was so rusted that it was stuck in the hole of the tank. Great product and price. The product comes complete and ready to install,although before the purchase I couldn't find that information .When I picked it up at the store I opened the box and was very surprised that it was complete including the tank seal.It works great and didnt need any further adjustments.

I was replacing all of the parts inside the Tank of a 10 year old toilet and I accidentally broke the porcelain tank. I searched Home Depot's website and was glad to see I could purchase a replacement tank for $30. I went to my local Home Depot, bought it and when I opened it at home was surprised to see all of the parts inside the tank included with the purchase and pre-installed. Not a bad buy for $30 to get a tank and all of the parts. I can tell the parts are not as good as the replacement parts you can buy or a name brand (ie. Kohler), but for the price, you can't beat this.

For the price, this is surprisingly good quality. Super easy install with everything included. No need to bundle anything else with it. It fit the Gerber bowl perfectly and was installed within 10 minutes.

When our tank got a crack in it we knew we had to replace it but not looking to spend a fortune. Plumber wanted $129 to walk in the door not counting the cost of the tank or any other parts. We decided to do it ourself and save. We got the tank but unfortunately the home depot person was not aware it came with float kit and handle already installed. It also came with the seal for between the tank and and the bolts to attach it. We bought those parts but since not needed we returned them. Getting those parts saved us $30. It wasn't that hard to install and saved a lot of money
