This pine stud was as advertised and very southern. This one was hard, but not too stiff. It had just enough play. And if you’re looking for something you can mail together, this is it. I did have to pick through some knotty studs to find good wood, but it’s there if you look hard enough

The right piece for the job

Needed this for a small project looked like a cut off from other board. Won't be seen though.

It is a 2x4, amazingly it worked just like I expected to.

The wood itself is perfectly good. But it is not 4 inches — measure 3.5 inches.

Loved the precut lumber,making it easy to use in my in home project

It's a block of wood. What can I say about a block of wood? It has a nice, tight grain with no knots. The finish, for a raw block of wood, was smooth with no splinters. The cut ends were also relatively smooth. I would buy this block of wood again if I needed another block of wood. I highly recommend purchasing this block of wood. By the way, I needed this block of wood to be cut into two 9-inch long pieces. The associate who helped me did an excellent job. If you need your wood cut, I highly recommend Home Depot. The first two cuts are free!
