[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to upgrade my kitchen and always wanted a slide in. KitchenAid was always a High-end brand. Also invested in a really nice 900 CFM hood vent. So the two of them together work very nicely. I have cooked on the cooktop and baked a pie in the oven. I am very well pleased with the way that it cooks so evenly and that heat feature on that one burner really rocks when you’re in a pinch and something to boil fairly quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy to find a stove with easy to see/read electronic panel. Some brands choose not to light their electronic panels‐even though marketing literature "depicts" a lighted panel. Then, unfortunately, some brands position their electronic/control panels at such an angle that they are almost unreadable without being lit. While this panel only has limited lighting, the panel faces up--towards overhead lighting and therefore can be seen. I preferred a gas stove, because of ibtsnt heating, but no gas brands offered the well-lit electronics panel I needed in my lighting environment. So I had to take the electric Kitchen Aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only owned for a month after replacing my 17-year-old KitchenAid range and so far, so good. Burners all function and quick to heat. Oven light is fantastic and baking has been consistent. My only criticism is the fact that it sticks out now because the true slide in depth no longer exists and we will have to have the soapstone behind our range cut to slide it flush against the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range a couple months ago. It is a joy to cook on. I love the arrangement of the burners on the glass top. They cook so evenly and consistently. It is easy to control the heat as you cook. The oven is wonderfully large with heavy duty racks. I absolutely love the extra large window in the oven. I can keep an eye out as I cook. There are features I haven’t even tried yet. But I’m glad to have them. My only wish was that the oven would heat a bit faster. But that’s just me being part of the fast paced life wanting everything quick. We are really happy with this range. It is beautiful, it is the showpiece of our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this range in November. It seems to take much longer to preheat than my previous range. Also, because the cooktop is black it’s difficult to see how dirty or clean it is.

Nice looking appliance. We have had this stove/oven for only 3 years. We rarely used the oven. When we did use it, it seemed to take a long time to preheat, and then the fan would run for hours afterwards to cool it down. The burners on the stove didn’t seem to have much temperature control, they generally were always very hot, no matter if they were set to high or low. A little while ago we got an error message on the oven saying the fan speed was low. We stopped using the oven. We attempted to have it repaired, but replacing the fan did not work, nor did replacing the electrical panel. We were debating if we wanted to try another repair person or just replace the unit all together. Then the time stopped displaying on the screen, and the other day the oven was making a clicking noise. The following morning I was able to make pancakes on the stove, but 30 minutes later everything stopped functioning. I don’t believe it’s repairable and we will need to replace it. This is extremely disappointing as I trusted the KitchenAid brand. We purchased a full set of appliances 3 years ago (we previously had all KitchenAid appliances). The oven is no longer working and the freezer light in the refrigerator is also faulty and will need to be replaced (the lights in the fridge and freezer flicker constantly). We thought we were purchasing quality appliances, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. It’s highly unlikely we will purchase or recommend KitchenAid again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 19 year old Whirlpool stove with this, as I wanted to update to Stainless Steel. It looks amazing, but was disappointed with a few items. 1) There is almost no good instructions with this. This is my 1st convection oven and I wanted to learn more about how it works and what all the settings mean. I still don't know. 2) When running the oven, the front panel (by the control knobs) get extremely hot! I measured this at 130 degrees on the surface with an infrared thermometer. I don't have kids in the house, this would be extremely dangerous if a kid were to touch it. My previous Whirlpool electric never got hot to the touch, I believed Kitchen Aid was an upgrade from Whirlpool. This seems like poor design and makes me believe it was cheaply made. 3) Hard to keep clean. I'm sure it is this way with most SS appliances, but I am always wiping up finger prints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range performs very well as expected. It is worth the 5 star rating however, I gave it 4 because the Max Capacity rack did not fit in the oven. It kept falling down when I put my food tray on it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall, I am disappointed in both the stovetop and oven. Both the stovetop and the stainless steel are easily scratched. Setting the dials to obtain a low, even simmer-level heat is almost impossible. The front panel is susceptible to touch and must be locked when the oven is not in use as even wiping the top or leaning over it will start the stove. The convection fan will spontaneously turn itself on making an odd noise and the only way to stop it is to turn the appliance off at the circuit breaker box for upwards of a quarter of an hour. Electrical in the house is not the source of the problem as it was done during a recent kitchen renovation and passed city electrical inspection.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this to replace a much older KitchenAid model and am pleased with both the stovetop and oven and the way they perform. My only complaints would be the incredibly small drawer under the oven which holds very little and heats up a lot when the oven is on, and the white dots which they used on the black stovetop surface indicate the various burners as it always looks like the stovetop has crumbs on it. Other than that, a great product.

Let me start by saying I had a kitchenaid range for 22 years- I remodeled my kitchen so I "upgraded' to this model, worse decision ever, this range is barely insulated- you will be dying of the heat while the oven is on, you will almost burn you hand/wrist if you try to cook on the range top while the oven is on, the stainless on the front gets boiling hot- the sides of the oven get boiling hot, its dangerous in my book, the oven takes about 25 mins to get to 425- probabely because most of the heat is going outside the oven- it is hard to gauge the rangetop knobs- you are either boiling or simmering- two huge rings and two tiny rings. Apparantly these ranges are designed by engineers and not the every day user, I use my range and used to use my oven( untill I got this one) every day. I hate this!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research when it was time to purchase a new range and ultimately decided on the KitchenAid. Initially, I intended to buy another brand but when I saw this range, I had to look closer, and I’m so happy I did. Of course, it’s about as stylish and beautiful as an electric range can possibly be and it’s the most beautiful thing in my kitchen, but it has all the features you need, and ones you didn’t know you needed until you got them. The oven is spacious, with plenty of racks for multiple dishes. There is even an extra rack with a pan for water (both removable) for steam baking. I also love the proof setting for making dough for homemade breads. The temperature of the oven is accurate and evenly distributed and the easy convect feature makes it so easy for someone unfamiliar with convection cooking. The stovetop gets a lot hotter than my previous range, so I usually cook on low or slightly above low for most things, unless I’m boiling water. It’s very easy to clean up and with proper care, I expect it to remain beautiful for years to come! I am very pleased with my purchase and feel I received a great value for the price.

I am getting used to the top burners and all the options and honestly just need to read more about how to best use it. I LOVE LOVE that their is a LOCK button for the digital screen on the top of the stove. (see pic) I just discovered it after living here for 4 weeks! I like the buttons on the front instead of the back. (Although if I had small children I am not sure that would be best unless their was a LOCK for those and I haven't discovered it yet!) The one thing I WISH was a little different is: the front right burner seems to heat at a really high heat even if on low or very low. Having said all this, I need to read the manual and learn more. I do love the look and the way it cooks. I didn't think there would be that much of a difference from my other oven but there truly is!

Bought the matching microwave, model number W11325692, lightbulbs keep burning out and now the touchscreen does not communicate with the stove. Top light had to manually screw the bulb in and out when I wanted light on the cooktop until the lightbulb exploded, now we use a lamp beside the cooktop to illuminate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Range was expensive and the quality isn't there. The paint came off inside of the oven after the first aqua lift cycle. The black stainless finish is also very touchy. It scratched when eggs where cracked on the edge of the stove top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good looking but that's not why I bought it. Precise temperature control on range as well as the oven. A big plus Wish I could lock out the knobs, accidently hip check them and they turn on. Had the same problem with the old KitchenAid oven. And wish there was a visible indicator of the appropriate pot size for each burner size. The cleaning cycle was disappointing. The bacon splatter on the glass door was untouched. Cleaning on the oven walls was better but there was minimal grease present on them -- it was only a month after all. I will need to use something like easyoff, which is discouraged by KitchenAid, to make the oven door presentable. Other than the cleaning issue the oven is a good choice.

We were honestly a bit nervous from some of the reviews posted about this stove, but in the end it seemed like the best option for us. What we have enjoyed that this oven and range heat up quickly. The inside of the oven is spacious enough. I also appreciate that this oven operated both convection and standard. It’s also a really attractive appliance. The top is a little difficult to get completely clean with natural cleaners. And the fan runs for a while when cooling down so it sounds on-but this doesn’t bother us. Just something to note if your sensitive to that kind of stuff. Overall we are super happy with this purchase.

This is a beautiful machine. As soon as it came back into stock we ordered it. It was for my mom's brand new house. First one came scratched, second one arrived in beautiful condition. It really makes the kitchen look like a million bucks with the matching microwave. It works fantastic. No regrets. "THE PURCHASE" of 2022 for sure.

Very happy with this oven. Lots of cooking options and clean style.
