We were honestly a bit nervous from some of the reviews posted about this stove, but in the end it seemed like the best option for us. What we have enjoyed that this oven and range heat up quickly. The inside of the oven is spacious enough. I also appreciate that this oven operated both convection and standard. It’s also a really attractive appliance. The top is a little difficult to get completely clean with natural cleaners. And the fan runs for a while when cooling down so it sounds on-but this doesn’t bother us. Just something to note if your sensitive to that kind of stuff. Overall we are super happy with this purchase.

This is a beautiful machine. As soon as it came back into stock we ordered it. It was for my mom's brand new house. First one came scratched, second one arrived in beautiful condition. It really makes the kitchen look like a million bucks with the matching microwave. It works fantastic. No regrets. "THE PURCHASE" of 2022 for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just recently installed this high end range into our kitchen, finally completing our kitchen renovation. The range is beautiful and arguably the jewel of the entire house. We love the smooth countertop which makes it easy for clean up. We love the nice big glass window to watch our food. The range allows you to select a small, medium, or large size burn, which is quite convenient. That said, we do have a couple of complaints: 1. The oven racks are heavy and unwieldy, making it difficult to pull racks out mid cook to check on it. The racks seem to be designed for 25 lb. turkeys, which we will rarely if ever be cooking. We have ordered new replacement racks and hope that they are lighter and work out for us. 2. The oven settings, like all higher end ranges, nowadays, includes complex electronic settings and features that take some getting used to. The bigger worry is that these electronic components will be the first to break on this machine. I'm wondering if will be possible to purchase replacement electronic components in twenty or thirty years time once it does break or will these parts no longer be available, prematurely rendering the entire thing a hunk of junk. 3. The oven cavity is *extremely for large for general cooking for two people. This leads to longer wait times to preheat and forces us to use more energy than we need to when we cook. We would have preferred a two oven cavity range but this was not available. Other than that we are pretty happy with it. We will have to clean the stainless steel with steel wool to keep rust at bay but I've honestly been surprised by how this range completes our kitchen and pulls everything together.

The Mrs. and I were standing in the kitchen when we heard a loud bang from the Kitchenaid electric oven, it was on baking a cake at 350. and we think it’s ihappened to quite a few consumers. Picture enclosed….whew

If an electric range scares you, just take a little time to learn how to clean it. One of the best features is the surface being level with the counters. Lots of ease of use in our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for our new home and it makes the kitchen look absolutely gorgeous. And it is a dream to use! It pairs perfectly with the low profile microwave we also bought!

Bought May 2020. Installed September 2020. The coating on the stove scratches easily apparently, noticed a small nick after intall. Kept having issues with the control panel, control lock would intermittently throw errors but power off at breaker for 5 minutes would clear it so I dealt with it. November 2020, panel stopped working at all so had to take it apart, unplug and replug in all the wires. Has worked perfect after that. That was an issue with assembly and not the part itself. The biggest issue I’ve had however is the power board shorting out as you’ll see in the pic. This occured on July 24th, 2021. This is obviously a major concern and fire risk. Went to cook dinner, oven wouldn’t heat above 260 then smelled burning plastic. Had to replace the power cord, power board, and wiring harness. It’s not hard to do, just annoying buying and waiting for parts and having to do this kind of work on a stove less than a year in use. Not to mention almost burning my house down. May want to add a fire extinguisher to your cart. Been a fine stove otherwise but I would not buy this model again with this last issue and can’t recommend anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago and love it. The look is sleek and high end. The handles look like a professional chefs kitchen and the control knobs for the cooktop are metal, not plastic like some others. The oven cooks evenly and preheats much faster than my old stove. The cooktop has multiple sizes including a warming zone and accommodates multiple sized pots at the same time. Love this stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago. Placement of knobs is it’s largest issue so far, cooking bumps them. The touch buttons are nice but the third one takes a lot to work. The size is very nice and it’s easy to use. I wish it had the WiFi option, at this point all models should have it. Many other brands currently do. But my family of 9 really likes this stove. Oh I should say it looks nice in my kitchen, so much so I went out to get new lights and light plates for the switches. Now I need to get dishwasher and microwave ASAP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this fridge. There is a place for everything and so easy to organize. The fridge is counter depth, which we needed for a kitchen with a small footprint, but still plenty of room. Cools well and freezes well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll be honest, I’m afraid to use it as I’m too scared I’ll fudge up the top. I did overflow water once and it left a mark which I can’t get out. So either you have to be super mindful and/or know what you’re doing. I’m terrible at cooking. Oven works amazing, heats up real quick. My new kitchen is beautiful; was a fun quarantine project for my dad and me (we make a great team). Couldn't be more happier with the KitchenAid appliances. They work sleek and now I'm all about this stainless steel business — easy to clean and very posh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced three appliances in October 2020 (the fridge finally arrives tomorrow). We love the look of the silver and black on this black stainless range. Really like the controls at the front instead of sticking up at the back. The space in this range seems huge and it is so easy to see through the large glass window. We are still getting used to the heat settings for the electric stovetop, as the control knobs seem to be super sensitive. Simmer is way too hot in my opinion, so we've burned a few things. We had a glass cooktop before, but this all-black top is a chore to keep clean. After cooking anything, we have to scrub to get it looking good again. Then once it is clean, it collects dust and looks dirty. We are afraid of accidentally scratching the top by the controls because our pans tend to scoot around on the cooktop unless we hold on to them. We added some black metal gap fillers to each side of the stove to keep food from spilling down the sides. The best thing we did was install the stainless backsplash with shelf. It really completes the microwave and range pair. I would have given it 4.5 or 5 stars if it weren't for the trouble of keeping the cooktop clean and the sensitivity of the controls. Still, love the looks and it does making cooking and baking a bit more fun than with our old pieces.

Wow, I have never had a Stove that works this good... and even boils water fast! Trust me I will NEVER go back to a cheaper brand again...told all my family about it, and told them to purchase a Kitchenaid next time! Thanks!

So far I am pleased with the way this stove/oven works. The convection oven does tater tots, french fries perfectly while the conventional oven works well also. The only part that was hard for me to adjust to was the little white dots on the cooktop indication the location of where each pan should be for the heat option I chose. I now get it and it works well. Only thing I would say negative is that the storage drawer under the oven is flimsy -could be sturdier.

As you can see from the picture I can make more cookies even faster with this large oven. The racks are easy to use as they have little handles that you can pull them out with. Cooked top heats evenly and quickly. This is a great range. I highly recommend it.

Bought this range about 2 months ago and love it. Not only beautiful to look at but functions superbly. The cooktop has several burners with multiple heat control. So easy to find the perfect setting for all your cooking. Cleans easily and looks beautiful. The oven cooks evenly with no hot/cold spots. Controls are in the front making your cooking/baking a breeze to operate.
