Doesn’t do the job
I have a 1500 sq ft home it can’t bring humidity up to 50% I have allergies so I need a humidifier that works it’s very loud unfortunately I was in desperate need last year so I didn’t take it back so I’m stuck with it

The product does not live up to its description on the website.
The website description includes "Quiet night mode" but in reality it is just the lowest fan speed setting which is not quiet and reduces the output allowing overnight humidity to drop.
Its bottle is much too small and requires at least three fillings per day just to maintain 40% in our 2400 square feet home during the heating periods. Disappointed but will keep it. Have to have one running for health.

I previously had a similar humidifier from the same company that lasted me 20 years. My wife wanted something that looked a little different and so we purchased this unit.
The water storage system is significantly different, rather than two tanks. It requires two fillings. We weren’t interested in the extra trips into the basement for unsoftened water so we returned the unit.
A design issue that we just weren’t interested in, never used, so cannot speak to the quality.
Home Depot customer service was excellent, they helped us return and get credit so that we could order the same model that we previously had.

Dont! Machine Runs Continuously
This machine continuously runs- even when the water has run out of the storage unit. It is super loud. I purchased a up to 3700sq unit, even though my house is 3200sq. I have read the instructions many times, but nothing changes. Very frustrating!!!!

Hello, Nick! Once the fill light has engaged, the humidifier will run approximately an hour without water. Your humidifier will also run continuously if your wick filter is dry. We recommend that you check your wick filter. If your wick is not completely saturated, it will need to be changed. Once the wick has been replaced, your humidifier will work as designed. While you should hear a sound coming from the unit while it’s operating, it shouldn’t be disruptive. Overall, we're happy with our purchase. There is a bit of noise factor in the higher settings, but we knew that going into it. It fits well in our decor. It has greatly improved the problem we had with split seams in our wood trim.

Do not believe your eyed
I am not sure where you find 5.4 gallons of space but this only has a 2.5 gallon bottle and if you try anything but that is pours out the back. You have to refill within 4 or 5 hours. Sure you get humidity but you are refilling this way too often. Not anything like the description.

Don’t buy
I bought one that wouldn’t work. So returned one and bought another. It doesn’t work either! Tech support says that the humidity in my house is too low to operate.
I’m returning this one as well. The wicks are expensive and need replacing every week?

Amazing! Only runs when it needs to. Cuts down on heating costs cause humid air holds more heat than dry air.
Helps your skin and lips from getting chapped through the winter as well.

The humidifier was easy to assemble and I am pleased with the unit (appearance and construction) and how quickly it humidifies a room. I use it in the bedroom and am able to humidify the room in a few hours before bedtime and turn it off the rest of the night. I have humidity monitors throughout the house and able to test how effective this unit is as a whole house humidifier. This unit meets my expectations for humidifying one room but I found it a challenge to humidify the whole house even positioning the unit near one of the central air returns. I am considering buying another unit to humidify the den area. I don't like the supplied stiff Tygon filling hose and having to lift a filled reservoir (over 15 pounds) of water.

It works well. Filling the tank is somewhat of a hassle. The included hose doesn't really fit our faucets, so I have to maneuver the tank itself under the faucet. It would be better if there were a separate fill opening, perhaps on the opposite end of the tank from the discharge opening.
