The baseboard came in with water stains, especially on the end and some sticky residue between two of the boards that caused damage to them. I’ve contacted H.D. And was put on hold forever then transferred to a voice mail of which no one has gotten back to me. I can’t believe they do not thoroughly check for signs of damage before they deliver their products.

I am remodeling our basement and put in some free floating engineered hardwoods which require expansion spacing around the edges. This is a full 1/2" thick which covers the gap nicely. It's consistent in shape and finish and seamed nicely where I had to have longer piece. It took paint well and looks great.

I got the contractor package (10 piece). Make sure you get the pack that is the straightest to make your job easier.

Great value! It's about $50 for 120 linear foot so that makes it only 42 cents a linear foot which is cheaper than most at 53-80 cents a linear foot. I like the style a lot as well and the height is perfect for most houses. If you have 12-20 foot ceilings you may want 4-6 inch baseboards but 3.25 is perfect for so many homes, especially older homes who had baseboards less than 2 inches, this helps cover up any problem areas. Going too big may also mean more brad nails shot higher up which will just hit drywall and won't be as secure. I can hit the bottom 2 inches of this and consistently hit studs which makes it nice and tight.

It was the perfect size and color we needed

While the product itself is fine, they were packed together face-to-face. Every single board was stuck to the other board. When separated, it ripped chunks off one piece or the other. Large sections were completely ruined because of it. I do not recommend purchasing this kind and will never buy it again.

It's a composite so not as sturdy as solid wood. But it does the trick. After painting and cutting, it looks great! Be careful how you handle it. If you smack them around, they will damage easily. Again, it's a composite fiber. I would recommend this product.

Buying this product in the contractor pack is much cheaper per foot than buying by the individual piece. I bought this product to replace all of the baseboards in my house to compliment our new flooring, since the old ones had to be removed during installation anyway. I chose this particular product for its clean modern look and I am very pleased with the result. They come primed and ready to paint, which made it very easy for me.

Easy to work with

Just a standard baseboard. easy to use and looks wonderful.

Looks nice .. a little softer than I’d prefer.. easy to damage . Decent for the price.

First of all, it is an incorrect description of the molding. It is NOT 120in. It is 144in. (12ft. not 10ft. !!) I had trouble because of this getting into my truck. Change the description so people will know what they're getting!! Fortunately the folks at the store got me a long 2x6 so I could strap to that and secure it in place so I could take it home.

Makes good beveled seams.

I am very please with the product. The height is perfect especially compared to the '80's style base molding they used. This base molding gives my home a more finished look.

Good material and good bundle price

I ordered two packs of this, as I needed around 180in of it. The first pack was great, not many flaws (maybe a little bit at the tips), and easy to paint. The second pack was horrible - all the pieces were stuck together, and a lot of it was quite ugly after taking them apart. I was not really in a position to return it because the closest HD was half an hour drive away and it was quite a hassle to get it into the truck since they are kind of bulky (if I were closer I would’ve). Luckily I was able to find enough pieces that were usable, and after painting and placing the "less ugly" pieces in the closet area, I managed to finish my project.

Nice clean profile, MDF is always straight and knot free, easy to work with, good value.

How in the F is MDF more expensive than finger jointed pine??
