The fan does a good job of drawing air, which is why it was installed. The fan is a little louder than anticipated.

Of two ordered (via mail) one required replacement due to a mechanical defect that resulted in the fan bladed rubbing on the chasis.

Very Quiet. It has a squirrel cage fan which is more efficient than the propeller fan.

It is a nice quiet fan. I thought it could have come with some additional hardware like wire nuts and protection for the house wires from the sheet metal as they enter the fan housing.

Cover is difficult to attach after installing... but better than earlier versions, which were ridiculously hard. The cover’s attaching springs have been redesigned but still try your patience. Noisier than I expected. This is the third one I have bought... earlier ones lasted about 5 years.

The fan is very powerful but still impressively quiet. It works so well that the mirror in the bathroom doesn't fog up anymore even while taking a hot shower. The price is good compared to other fans of this size. I'll be getting this fan for the rest of the bathrooms in the house.

Replaced existing units of similar size. New units all working as expected but a little noisier than expected.

Do not buy this fan. I had it installed by an electrician and within a week, the already steady and loud humming sound was oscillating. I videotaped the fan working and sent it to manufacturer Air King. They shipped me a new motor and I had to hire an electrician again to replace the defective motor. But, the new motor also was very loud and even the electrician told me it was much noisier than units he installs in new homes. After all, they call this a "quiet zone" fan so operating quietly presumably is a feature. It's not. I wrote to the manufacturer and they again said they would ship a new motor but the cost of replacing it and having the same loud fan seems illogical. So, I will buy from a different manufacturer and accept that this simply is not a product that works.

I’ve owned it for 3 weeks and already the fan is making a rattling noise every time I turn it on. It’s not the installation. Checked it myself. Everything is tight and secured.

Quiet and very efficient!! Easy to install.

Install was easy, looks nice and clean on the ceiling too. Much more quiet than my small fan and there have been no moisture issues in our bathroom now.

Solid high volume fan. Installation is straightforward though support bars could be a little stronger for a unit this large. And, it is large! Don't use screws to attach ducting to the outlet, it will prevent the damper from opening. Downgraded one star because it is a bit louder than I expected, but it certainly moves the air.

First, let me note that these units are NOT white as they appear in the photos. They are actually appear almost a pale mauve against a white ceiling. Initially, I was pretty excited about the built-in heater in addition to the normal light and ventilation features. However, while the heater unit provides a decent amount of warmth in a small (65sf) bathroom, it’s noisy. Worse yet, it seems the noise seems to stem from poor mounting and isolation of the blower. One of our three units required multiple post-installation adjustments to tame a very loud vibration while running. Frankly, I would have returned these but nothing else seemed to have better reviews and I needed to wrap the job up. I just hope they last at least 5 years before I have to replace them.

This product works!!! It is so quite. We installed this in our master bath after our original exhaust fan was performing as we needed. The bathroom mirror started to fog up when taking showers so we knew our original fan was strong enough. With the new unit, at 150 CFM, is awesome! Sometimes I can't even tell if its on because it's so quite. Highly recommend.
