Noticeable improvement in air quality after installing the new filter. Admittedly, I went too long before replacing. Still, was great to see, and smell, the difference an new Alen air filter would make!

Love the color change alert that shows blue when the air is clean!

We can tell it’s working to keep the air clean when the colors change. We also like that they run quietly.

As I get older every little thing presents a hurdle. I’ve always had allergies but nothing I’d go so far as taking a Benadryl for. Time passes and now I need the clean air or my allergies, asthma, and chronic cough all gang up on me. Your air purifier was purchased the same day the Canadian wildfire smoke pushed my system into a frenzy. I was anxiously awaiting its arrival and had it set up immediately after delivery. Within the next hours I’d already noticed a measurable improvement. This will make things much easier. Thank you!

Quiet, continuous air cleaning. A great month with improved air quality and resulting improved allergy and asthma symptoms. Really appreciating this upgrade from a 25-year-old HEPA air cleaner. The LED-off feature is very nice. Looking forward to first prefilter clean to see what got trapped.

I have this unit in a very small one car garage where my husband goes to smoke cigarettes. It helps, but not to the extent that I expected.

So glad we decided to go with Alen Air. They are exceeding our expectations already a month in! It’s satisfying to see the air quality color change throughout the day especially with 2 dogs and a toddler running around. Very pleased with their products!

No instructions to say which way the filter is to be inserted -I have the filter with the black backing material .

I decided that an Air Purifier could help me with allergies (I have 2 inside cats) so I started researching for the type that would meet my needs. Cost, quietness, square feet coverage, type of air filter, & warranty. Alen BreatheSmart FIT50 True HEPA Air Purifier was my choice. I ordered it on 2/8/22 and it was delivered on 2/10/22. Thank you for employing such kind and knowledgeable people.

I'm very pleased with the FIT50. There are occasional smokers that I allow in the basement and I wanted to remove the smoke from the room. It works well. The smoke used to drift to the second floor and I wanted to prevent that. I also have the 75i on the second floor. I used to notice if anyone smoked in the basement, it would kick in to remove drifting smoke. Since I put the FIT50 in the basement, the 75i remains in the green. This tells me that the FIT50 is doing its job in the basement and the 75i is doing its job on the second floor keeping that area clean. I love these. They removes odors, allergens, smoke, etc. Worth it!

This is our second Fit50. Our first is used in the kitchen. Our latest one is in the living room. Both work well to clear kitchen oders.

Great asset to my home. I have 6 cats and have no longer needed to use my inhaler. I researched air purifiers for a month and a half and am so glad I purchased this model and this brand. They are doing an awesome job in my open floor plan.

Placed 3 of these in our office and they have definitely made a difference to the air quality.

Originally add one Allen air purifier. We were impressed and bought three more. Definitely helps keep the dust down in the house and helps with the basement furnace fan.

The display lights turn back on mysteriously later after I turn them off! I have tried unplugging the air purifier and then plug it back in hoping this resolves the issue, but the lights once again turn back on later after I turn them off. Your air purifiers are not cheap! This should not happen when pay this much in hopes that you are getting a good quality product! I either want my money back or an air purifier that actually works like it is intended to work! I have bought a lot of your air purifiers and filters and have paid you well! I expect a timely response in hopes that your business likes happy customers!

Well packaged & quick delivery. Solid, quality unit that is always working to clean the air. We have experienced a reduction in sneezing and allergy symptoms with unit in operation in our home.

Well it says that you should see a difference in about 30 days. So far we are happy with the quality of air and less dust in our home.

I am so happy I purchased my Alen air purifier! I live in a condo four-plex and one of the units has a 2 pack a day smoker. The smoke started to infiltrate my unit, so I was desperate to find a way to combat the nasty smell. I discovered the attic space is semi-open above our 4 units, so we share the air above. Our condos were built before codes that require firewalls to totally separate each unit. I hired a contractor to wall off my attic space from the other units. During the construction phase, the Alen air purifier did a remarkable job removing the smoky smell. I could not have survived this ordeal without my air purifier.

Cleans air well. Have bought three. One for myself and 2 for family members that have pets. Helped with allergies to pet dander.

We purchased 2 of these air purifiers. They are exactly as advertised. They worked perfect right out of the box. Easy to setup. What I'm going to tell you, I don't know if you will believe, but there was dust on our coffee table where you could write on it and after about 2 weeks the dust was gone. I asked my wife if she had dusted the coffee table and she stated she had not dusted it since before we got the air purifiers. Sincerely, Virgil

Very quiet, keep set on auto so it does its thing without my interference. I think it makes breathing little easier.

I purchased the buy 1 get 1 half-off and I've had both units running 24/7. The air in my house is so much better. You can really feel the difference. During the shipping process, one of my units stalled at a pick-up spot in GA. I called customer service on Friday at 5:30PM and a super nice person helped get the unit moving towards Kansas City. Amazing experience!

This purifier is working to clean the air, however, it is not as quiet as our larger purifier, the BreatheSmart 75i, even on low.
