The grids were crooked inside the double pane glass, luckily the window was for my mothers house and the issue didn't matter, but as a General Contractor if it was for a private homeowner it would have been a major issue. And I discovered the crooked grids once the existing window was taken out, this could've been a disastrous ordeal for which I would've held HomeDepot accountable.

The windows were delivered ahead of schedule and undamaged. They are mid-range quality. I used two of these windows to replace an outdated bay window. The adhesive on the windows is very difficult to get off (I'm still fighting with it). They look great installed and I would purchase again. Great price point.
