I PURCHASED THIS GRILL IN JULY 2016 LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. IT WAS KEPT IN MY GARAGE. IT IS NOW RUSTED. I CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER (MECO) THIS WAS THERE RESPONSE As far as the warranty, unfortunately, the warranty for the Walk-A-Bout grill is for 90 days from the day of purchase. The grill is good enough but the cheap plastic handles on it are extremely weak. The second time I took the grill out of the back of my pickup one of the handles broke. I wouldn't recommend this grill unless you plan on replacing the cheap plastic handles with something more durable.

I typically have really good luck purchasing these from this Home Depot but this time was not as good. The employees were discussing someone covering someones shift and the 3 of these that I purchased had scratches on the top of them. This would not be as big of a deal to me personally but these are given as part of a donation basket.

We got this grill specifically for Tailgating. My husband really liked the folding legs and how well it rolled. It cooked well the first time we used it. Unfortunately, when we went to roll it to the car to go home, the whole middle of the larger bottom handle broke off in my hand leaving 2 jagged stubs behind. I thought we could just use the top handle to move it around but that doesn't work at all. I'm very disappointed.

Mine was found preassembled in store, perfect little grill and at under $40 I think it's the best 40 bucks I've spent in a long time. I like that I can easily wheel it into the garage (after cool down) without having to fold it it. Yes, it's perhaps small fro some - Not for large group meal prep, but for a family of 3 or 4, it's the perfect low cost backyard grilling solution for me - it can't be beat. I had not thought I could be so excited about a little red charcoal grill, but I am. it brings back a lot of good memories of my first little grill many years ago. I love this grill.

Going on my second grill now. I had bought this grill because it was ready to go and easy to set up. it was a great grill at that time. Both models lasted around a year after that the handles had broken off from the heat transfer. also the clips that hold the grill in place had busted off which I ended up having to use rocks to hold the grill level. In hindsight I would recommend going to a model that has a better warranty though I never thought to look what warranty this model has when I purchased it because it is a ready to go model. As you can see by the picture this is what it should look like after a year and I'm sure you could probably go to the manufacturer and buy a new handle. The manufacturer's warranty 90 days.

I just bought this grill over the weekend as a first time grill buyer. I'm extremely pleased with the quality and durable of the grill and the bright red color. I read several reviews about this grill and decided to give it a try and I'm loving it I grilled extra thick cut ribeye steaks from Wal Mart on this and man this was perfect. I also added a temp guage since one doesnt come with it and it was very easy installation drilled a hole and screwed washer bolt job done. I would recommend this to anyone.

I have had the aussie walk about grill for several years and it is great. This grill is a cheap knock off failure. It is painted instead of enameled. I have experienced the paint melting off on the first try from the same product from the other big store. I thought this one looked like it was enameled and bought it before I read the reviews. I found that it is missing the back vent cover when I got it home. Looks like they have not improved the product. I'm surprised that HD is carrying it.

Easy to assemble. Portable so you can take it anywhere.

The only thing missing is a cover so when it rains the inside doesn't get wet.

These grills are great, sturdy well made and with just maintenance like keeping it clean and not out in the rain it will last a long time. Recommend it.

Easy to use. Big enough for grill everything at once.

Easy to transport, sturdy. Removable tray for coals make clean up easy.

Nothing fancy but its a great old school type of grill. Just don't leave the grill's cooking grate outside. We also put foil lining the inside and this grill should last awhile.
