This is a perfect tool for the application

I wish I had one of these many bathrooms ago. Yes it serves as a test plug, but better yet, it makes aligning holes in cement board and tile much easier.

Couldn't have asked for something better to use for a pressure test

The product is very practical, but the rubber gaskets seems to be very weak, as I was tightening it would start to split, other then that I really like using the Apollo 1/2 in plastic male pipe,

Held well but had to crank them down for a good seal

Worked without leaking for pressure testing new tub and shower. Nice not to have to use tape.

Works great but inspect the little black gasket before you buy one.

It broke off but glad it was prepared for situations of that nature.

Broke one out of 3 by tightening slightly too much.

Currently plugging up my shower head as I type this. No leaks and it's been in there for a couple of days

Threads failed immediately, zero resistance to cross threading rendering the product useless.

Used it to plug a drop ear for my shower head during the rough in stage to pressure test. Worked well and didn’t have any leaks (I wrapped the threads in tape). Recommended for cheap quick option.

This is a must for pressure testing the plumbing in a new shower install. Just make sure to use Teflon tape on it or it will leak.

Very good product for the price

This was really exactly what I needed. Did the job perfectly and will be used a lot in the future.
