Bought this a while back (year or two ago). It's noisy and leaks but it worked. A week ago it just stopped working. Nothing obvious to me why, it just did. Not sure but I believe the price when I bought it was less than what I see today. At a cheaper price I suppose buying a new one would be an option. But, at the current listed price, not buying one again.

Worked well for 2 years but now it has died. Will contact company.

I wanted something that would not take up a lot of room. I also wanted something quick. This really fit the bill. The two downfalls is that it doesn't hold a lot of water, and when it is filtering, it is surprisingly loud. Over all this is a winner.

This is a great water filter machine. It is stylish, attractive, and fits nicely on the countertop. It is easy to fill and filters the water fast. It is loud as other reviews will be affirm; however, it filters the water so quickly you don't really have to have it on very long. The problem was the leakage that started within a couple of weeks of usage, had to have towels underneath to soak up considerable amount of water. I'm very happy to report that I have found a solution to stop the leaking problem. After you properly install the filter and screw the top cover on tightly, with no gap, you tape the cover down well (I used clear packing tape) so it doesn't pop up, which is the reason why it leaks. Try it and see if it works for you too.

This unit works great, AT FIRST. The first time the filter gets changed though you will have a leakage problem. We have to keep a towel under the unit at all times and can't even use the pitcher on the unit because so much water leaks during the filtration process. I can't believe there hasn't been any recalls on this product with all the problems it has. I suppose when someone gets a good shock of electricity or a fire starts from all the water leakage then maybe something will get changed. Wouldn't take much to fix the problem and replace all the bad ones already sold

The clean water machine we purchased with the pitcher works beautifully for my kitchen. However, when we purchased a second clean water machine with the dispenser for my office, it worked once or twice then just stopped working. Very disappointed. We tried everything from unplugging and plugging--very, very disappointed.

I love this clean water machine. The water tastes great and I have confidence that toxic impurities have been filtered out. I use it several times a day for drinking, pet water, and cooking. It's easy to use with maintenance only occurring once every 6 months to change the filter. Easy to do. I have had no problems at all with leaking. I bought a black one in 2016 and am now buying a white one! Can't wait to receive it.

I WAS WORRIED THAT THE 8 CUP PITCHER MODEL WOULD MAKE TOO LITTLE WATER AVAILABLE AT ANY ONE TIME, HOWEVER BY KEEPING A SEPARATE PITCHER BESIDE THE AQUASANA YOU HAVE 16 CUPS IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, (QUICKER THAN A DISPENSER MODEL) THE WATER TASTES GREAT, IT IS DEFINITELY THE BEST WATER FILTER MACHINE I HAVE EVER USED. I bought it because of its superior filtering performance.

This is my second Aquasana Clean Water Machine I like the ease of dispensing clean and good tasting water. No heavy water bottles to carry and not to mention improving our environment.

We’ve had our Aquasana countertop dispenser for 5+ years and couldn’t be without it. Yes, it’s noisy, but so what? I know it’s working! Yes, we’ve had a few leaks over the years, but that’s user error. It needs to be seated properly. It sits right next to our sink for easy filling. We use the water for everything; Keurig coffee; cooking and drinking. It’s the only water filtering system that gets rid of that horrible chlorine taste and we get a lot of that here in Myrtle Beach, especially in the summer! Just think of the thousands of water bottles we’ve eliminated in the landfill! Don’t hesitate to try it. If you have a problem, the company will help. It’s safe, convenient and provides great tasting water. For the price, it’s the best, more economical way to eliminate those disgusting plastic water bottles.

I just started using the unit ONE week ago. This morning I woke up to a flooded counter because the pump hose became unattached INSIDE the unit. This is a poorly constructed unit and I will NEVER buy it again. SHAME on me.

So easy to use and the water tastes great. Use it for making coffee, brewing tea for kombucha, and feeding my sourdough starter. I don’t have to worry about chlorine killing off the good bacteria. It is noisy when in use but love is blind. I have had mine for 3+years.

It tastes great but the unit is very loud, especially for me living in an apartment building. I bought the dispenser unit, which means everytime I want a glass of water, it sounds like a blender turning on. I also found the unit fairly big and it would tend to drip while filling the container up or filling a glass.

Water out of this filter is super clean. But the machine is noisy enough to wake up people at night. Also, the filter started leaking within one year of use. Was good till it lasted. Would have given 5 stars if it lasted more than it did for me.

Love this product, and like others..I have had my system for drinking water for a year...however leaks on my counter also? Anything I can do or do I need to purchase a new pitcher?

I did a lot of research before purchasing this power filtered pitcher and it paid off. Great tasting water, fast filtration, and easy to change filters! It makes coffee taste sooo much better! I also use it for cooking, hand washing delicates and of course my fur baby. Love everything about it! I also can't live without the shower filter either.

I love this water filtration system. So fast and efficient, and the water tastes great every time. My main issues, however, are the leaking from the top and the fact that it’s impossible to clean the pitcher. Because of it’s narrow design, it’s impossible to scrub the inside of the pitcher when it gets build up at the bottom.

Water tasted amazing It was fast although noisy two filters in the top blew out a few seconds after docking a refilled pitcher to filter. Plastic is too thin where the filter lid engages the the machine. I've seen many used units online all with same defect. Thank God I only played a fraction for a refurbished unit. You'd think they would fix this issue but no. Keeps you spending beyond the cost of a replacement cartridge.

It is a bit loud and at first it scared the cat, but we have both adjusted. The water tastes great and I like knowing that I am not drinking all the nasties found in our local water. My only issue is that it is hard to open and close the filter compartment.

We love love love this product. We were looking for an efficient filtration system for our rv but yet could still use at home. I highly recommend this product to my rv groups too.

It always leak at the bottom which is ok as long as the water is clean. Soon after 1 year it starts leaking from the top. I don't know why. There is some mention of double O rubber (lid or filter), but I have no clue how to fix it.

We have lead pipes in my city as well as chlorine taste and fluoride and I can honestly say that the water coming out of this machine is wonderful. It tastes only like water and it actually makes some meals used with it taste richer for a lack of a better way of saying it. We are totally happy.

This is my 2nd Aquasana. The first one lasted about 3 years. We are having to unplug this one when not filtering water, because it will turn on by itself and then we have water all over the counter and floor. I am very disappointed about this happening, but love this unit, otherwise.

This product does everything the company says it will do. I swear by it. My only issue is it leaks. I don’t know why or how to fix it. I will buy another one as I’ve had mine for approximately 5 years and would like to get more use out of it.

I have used my new clean water machine twice since it arrived and I can really taste a difference. My well water, while not unpalatable, after Brita filtration tastes ”rusty”. with New Aquasana filtration that taste is gone. I may not need to buy bottled water anymore. I would have given 5 star rating but noise of machine during filtration was quite a surprise and will take some getting used to. Cannot filter water while someone is sleeping!
