Good Morning Tee. Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our product. I am sorry this flooring was not what you were expecting. The way VCT is made each run of the product can look a little bit different. Each batch of flooring is assigned a dye lot number so that an installer or consumer can be sure that all of their flooring will have the same look. We strive to make each batch as close as possible, but unfortunately that is not always possible. The batch your flooring came from was a different dye lot than the picture, and unfortunately it had a much different look. I am sorry you received damaged flooring. It was not our intention for this flooring to arrive with damage and we do everything within our power to package and ship the flooring so damage does not occur. Because the flooring arrived with damage you can file a freight claim with Home Depot for replacement of the flooring.
