Fantastic all around
I used this in a 25 year old asphalt roof that was very faded. The color is perfect slate black. I thinned it per recommendations to try and get a bit better coverage in creases. 5 gallons will cover about 700 sq ft. I used 7.5 gallons on 1k sqft roof. See before and after photos.

Re-shingled our shed with half black and half gray shingles. This shingle paint did an excellent job making everything look uniform. All beautiful matching black shingles now. Worked very well.

Paint went on very well with roller and sprayer. Multiple coats is a MUST but it drastically improved the look of my 10 year old roof! Will have to wait to see how it holds up over time but very pleased initially!

It was white (not gray). I was on the roof when I opened it and couldn't stop and return it to the store (ARRGH!) I called the 800- number and Jason (emp#336395) was nice but could do nothing for me. I asked for a credit for the gallon. If I am satisfied with the FUNCTION of the product, I have to cover the white with an additional gallon and will request a credit for the gallon bought. Coverage 90 sq ft / gal, roof temp much lower
Bought this to reduce temperature in the house. Roof surface temp on white paint is 100 degrees vs 233 degrees dark gray in 75 degree mid-afternoon sun.
Not painting this in front of house as I know it will wear and show gray speckles later.
Coverage is about 90 sq ft / gal for one coat - not unexpected for asphalt shingle.

It did the job. Used it on a roof very high in the air. Only did one coat. I used a
1 1/4" nap roller. From the ground it looks perfect. One coat did not completely cover 100%. I know it would have if I had sprayed it. The roller just couldn't get in every nook and crazy. Also did it out of a lift from above the roof with long pole extension as it was getting dark.

I painted the roof of my 16 by 22 barn style shed. The new shingles that I installed now match the 20
year old shingles and are hopefully better protected from the elements.
