Works very well for its size

Bought it to cut some firewood but can’t cut one piece straight. Keeps jamming like the blade is thicker than chain.

Its a good lightweight saw which is exactly what I wanted, but the battery doesn't last nearly as long as I would like, which is the reason for only 4 stars!

Its a nice machine for tree and brush trimming. Lightweight and manageable with a good battery life. You can't fell a tree much bigger than a sapling, but it wasn't designed for that kind of thing anyway.

It's ok. Should have gotten the next size larger with automatic oiler

I tried using this saw two days after receiving it. There was oil on the surface that I sat it on. I thought it might have been over flow, but it wasn't. I cleaned it up and stored it to find that all the oil had run out on the garage floor. It might be a good buy, but I haven't had a good experience.

Light weight .worked for cutting boards & tree limbs . Price was right and the battery's are the same as my weed eater so I can use same battery for both. Very satisfied. I like Black & Decker . Cordless is great

This is such a great little saw for dealing with most around the yard issues. Ease of maintenance chain saw and starting. It is not a keep your fingers crossed hope it takes less the the time to do the job then start it saw.

OILER DOES NOT PUMP ANY OIL. be prepared to keep an oil can to oil it externally. look at reviews on competitors sites and nearly every negative review is the same year after year. I cant believe they havent improved the function. Still a good value, just keep an oil can near by. (interesting they wouldnt let me list a competitor by name so youll have to figure out who that is. Hint = A )

Pulling it out of the box, I was surprised at how small and light this chain saw is. It requires basic assembly and you'll need chain lube for the oil reservoir (not included). It's an excellent chain saw, easy to use and perfect for lighter duties around the house. I use it to trim fruit trees in the backyard and it does the job perfectly. On smaller branches some kind of pruner is probably better but this will work on branches half-inch or larger and is capable of tackling limbs 3-4 inches round - surprisingly powerful for its size! Working in the backyard, I typically get 90-120 minutes on a charge (depending on how quickly I'm working). Primer bulb is difficult to depress and hard to see results. During initial use, the chain needs breaking in and frequent adjustments but very easy to do. Overall, very happy with the chain saw and a much better option to a gas-powered chain saw!

The first chainsaw purchased was assembled wrong so the chain ran backwards. Had to return and order a second chainsaw. The second chainsaw leaks oil and made a huge mess.

Batteries provided enough power and time to make quick work of downed tree. Easy to use, I am 70+

This saw worked great. It is very handy to have around for a quick job.
