I highly recommend using the BILT app I was able to construct the Backyard Discovery Caribbean play set by my self in 26 hrs. Would have been alot longer with out the app I am sure of it

took two and a half days to get assembled online application for assembly was most helpful

This is a beautiful swing set. It feels sturdy. It definitely takes multiple people and time to put together but so worth it.

Only had to use skill saw twice and a couple of miss drilled boards but overall pretty cool playset. Directions were easy to follow minus one or two pages.

It’s beautiful and our daughter loves it!!!

It took a long time to put together but was not too complicated... just a lot of steps. My 20m son loves the stairs and runs up and down them. We traded one of the regular swings out for a baby swing for him. Slide was a pain to put together, but once assembled it went on the structure easily.

The Bilt app made this build pretty easy. Took all 14 hours. Materials were good quality and we really didn't have any issues.

My biggest issue with this is the wood used in this very expensive play set is rather cheap and flexible, the assembly professional that Home Depot referred to me wanted $800 - 1000 to install this $1600 play set. I was able to find another installer for less on my own, but it took them every bit of three days (two grown men) to assemble it. Some of the wood pieces do not fit properly so we are going to have to go buy additional materials to secure it so I feel safer about my grand babies playing on it. It will definitely not hold much adult weight and is solely meant for smaller children. Overall I'm happy enough with the end product and my grand daughter (who calls it her house) loves it. I'm saying Yes I recommend because I'm not sure there is anything out there on the market that would be better?

Other than a few sports that were not pre cut correctly for drilled in the right spot it wasn't too bad to put together just a pain finding the pieces The instructions where picture only which was kind of a pain as well

A beautiful swing set that's for sure. The little one has enjoyed it hours on end for the 1st 2 days and is already planning the décor for the upstairs clubhouse which is very spacious for a tall 5 year old. There were some challenges with the build with a few missing screws but easily overcome with a quick trip to the hardware store. The use of the instruction booklet and app is a must to assure proper placement of certain pieces. I highly recommend the swing set for a rewarding summer project!

It was not too difficult to assemble, but plan a full weekend for two or more skilled people. It is aesthetic and sturdy.

Great product! Great customer service!

The design of the swingset is really cooland the kids love it. The quality of the wood is not as strong as pressure treated wood. My son already broke 2 pieces jumping on it. I’ve reinforced a few areas with beams to make it stronger.The way it was organized in the boxes was a bit confusing. There are a lot of parts. It took 2 adults 17 hours to put it together.

Lots of parts to assemble but it looks good.

Assembly is a nightmare...we really didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. (And we're tool savvy people.) Several of the Chinese Cedar planks cracked and split during assembly. A lot of money and a lot of work for something I'm not confident will even last that long.

we have not opened it yet but with only 4 boxes i hope its a good one. we have to get our grass growing in that spot before we set up so about a 1 month out.. i hope its what it looks like and not anything cheaply made

1st opening the boxes it's very overwhelming with all the boards, I did not organize all the boards into individual piles, I would recommend doing that. They are well labeled though. I put this whole thing together by myself in about 4 or 5 days with only couple hours at a time. Use a power drill!!! They shorted me some 1/4 x 1 1/2 lag screws, kinda disappointed about that being how much I spent on it because now I have to go buy some. But overall I gave this 4 stars. My kids love it and it's relatively easy to assemble.

Assembly was fun

I bought this for my granddaughters. I loved the name reminded me of our trip to Florida. The girls absolutely love it, they call it their playground.

We love our new playset! I especially love that as an adult I can enjoy it too! We have already had picnics up in the "clubhouse" and pretend play everywhere. The playset lends itself to all types of play!
