[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really are enjoying the Bosch drawer microwave. Love the concept. It fits and blends in perfectly in our kitchen island. So sleek and quiet plus easy to use. Great product.

In process of kitchen remodel and just installed microwave drawer just have to make sure a dedicated plug other than that couldn't have had an easier install. When I use it for awhile I will modify review of usage, looks like it has a lot of great feature

Highly Disappointed- Bought Nov 2021. January 2023 needed new face panel board as buttons did not register to touch and was not covered in warranty. Nov 2023 now the microwave won't heat. Seems like the Magnetron / Diode repair this time. Expected much more from Bosch. The January repair was $470 so can't imagine having this repaired and then breaking again. Moving away from Bosch appliances after this experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a dumb design. No temperature reading so better hope you are nearby when the oven beeps to tell you it's at temp. Also it's only 50/50 on actually igniting when you turn the oven on. Half the time you'll wait 20min only to realize it never turned on and is still cold.

After a year, it stopped working. An expensive microwave should last longer than a year.

Amazing for lower cabinet use. Previously had a standard door Panasonic. When it died we went with this drawer style, so much smarter. Review measurements and power location, the manuals are 100% accurate. 2 months in, no regrets. Price is high.

Drawer design does not look robust and could be function problems down the road. Looks expensive to fix. Didn't have a choice as builder had already installed before we bought.... We'll see....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bosch has always had a great and dependable reputation, and even though drawer microwaves are fairly new as compared to regular door microwaves, this product is exceptional in quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Even when the drawer opens and closes it has a solid sound and never fails to perform as expected. I would definitely buy again and recommend to everyone I know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this microwave for a total of 5 years. At year 2 the microwave started making growling noises, smelled burnt, and stopped working. We were out of the 1 year warranty window, so we elected not to wait 2+ weeks to get service from Bosch and just find our own repairman. The repairman found a bad magnetron and replaced it. Fast forward 3 years, now the microwave is growling again on and off and appears to be headed down the same path, though it is lasting longer than the first magnetron. We only use the microwave to warm up food and are always careful to put enough in the microwave as to not cause any damage to the magnetron. If you want to throw your money at a beautiful defective short-lived unit, go ahead but be warned, it does not live up to the quality that Bosch is known for. Side note- the heating is weak and uneven and takes longer than most cheap microwaves to heat up food. The food in the center of the bowl is always still cold. Might be due to the fact there is no turn table.

So far this microwave is reliable and powerful. The only option they didn't give is a soften butter option. You should work on that Bosch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing lacking is a back-lit control panel. Seriously, at night I don't like to turn on the overhead lights. It had a bend rear wheel bracket which I bend back into shape.

Unit is 7 years old and drawer has rusted out corner. Many problems with our BOSCH refrigerator.

This is the first new microwave we've had in 23-years, so it's quite an upgrade with all of its functions. Our favorite is how it perfectly reheats a plate of food.
