The drawer microwave is great for ease of location. The controls are easy and it is reasonably easy to clean. The power is a bit lower than many standard microwaves.

So easy to use. I like the way it is in a drawer snd not over the stove. Mine id in the island so it does not even show. Great product

this micro wave from day one did not heat the food evenly . had a repairman look at the microwave and said that the difference was not enough .when we heat any dish we find one side of the food is very hot and theater side is sometimes cold .

This is the best kitchen appliance, EVER! It sits waist high and extends amply when open. I also have counter space now that it is in a cabinet.

Microwave stopped working after a week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have great respect for the Bosch brand but this appliance has shaken my conviction a bit. In less than 6 months there are intermittent times (~1 in 4) when this microwave seems to run just as a fan and the food does not get hot. It's usually resolved with trying again (pushing the same buttons) clearly there's something not operating properly but it's inconsistent in its failure. I've learned to listen for the deeper humm and know it's working when I hear that sound. Disappointed that I'm going to have to call for repair sometime to resolve

We purchased three Bosch appliances (pro style range, dishwasher, and microwave drawer). They all look great and we are happy with their appearance. The mocrowave drawer, however, doesn't heat food up as well as a standard microwave with a turntable in it. It seems it takes about twice as long to heat food.

The drawer opens and shuts flawlessly and allows us to place items in it without stooping or bending over. It heats evenly and quickly. And it has space enough for very large items. The controls on the front are easy to use and intuitive. A truly great microwave.

We've never had a drawer microwave before, but we remodeled our kitchen and this was the perfect choice as we didn't have any upper cabinet area to spare. They are substantially more expensive. It has performed well so far. You have to press the open and close button on the touchpad firmly. I have pressed it a bit to lightly and it reacts, but doesn't open until pressed harder.

Got the microwave.....it worked for one day and stopped heating the next day! Had to call for service and its gonna be 3 weeks to get someone out! So upset! thought I was buying a quality product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stopped working after two weeks from the installation. Repairman replaced the part Bosch said was the problem. Took two weeks for the part to arrive. Stopped working after two days after the part was installed. Repairman due back next Tuesday.

Perfect fit to replace our old sharp drawer microwave.
