[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absoultly love the Bosch Drawer Microwave. It allows You're able to take hot food out of the oven safely rather than from an elevated level It also gives the kitchen a cleaner look without the look of appliances at eye level

Horrifying experience, I'm not alone google it. It caught on fire, thankfully it was stopped. Drawer broke into pieces. Could've been a serious house fire. 1 year old. Bosch knows about it and it is doing nothing about it. Do not buy, stay safe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave has great looks but one of my biggest pet peeves it that there's no option to backlight the buttons. When your in the kitchen at night and you don't want to turn on the kitchen lights it's very difficult to navigate the buttons. This is issue is compounded since the microwave is not elevated like on a counter or above a range.

I purchased this microwave 7-2019 and it stop heating and making a loud noise. This microwave cost to much to have to start paying for repairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look but my drawer microwave was installed and one of the inner seals is broken. I am leery of using it as steam develops BETWEEN the glass and extends up into the clock display. A replacement is supposed to be on the way. Hopefully soon. Otherwise it is an easy to use microwave and sets low so no more balancing while reaching up to remove hot items.

Bosch came out to recalibrate the door and now it works perfectly! Very quiet and sleek. Looks perfect in my new kitchen (still finishing trim work, etc.)

Guests are all envious of our microwave due to its modern, sleek design and great functionality. It's multiple features for cooking, reheating, defrosting and even softening ice cream are top notch! You have made my busy lifestyle so much easier. Thank you! PS: other brands had serious issues with starting on fire- no reviews that I could see with Bosch models. This was the main reason for selecting, but I am so happy that we chose this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A drawer microwave is a great design idea, saving counterspace and it doesn't loom over your cooking area. This Bosch design is very good, which was my main reason for purchase. The controls don't tilt out (my personal preferance), but you easily get used to where the "start" button is. The "start" button requires a precision touch to engage, and I wish it were more forgiving. There is plenty of space in the unit for large plates. The cooking time takes average to longer time to cook for this microwave. The sensor re-heat tends to overcook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoying my new microwave drawer. Everyone who walks into my new kitchen remark on what a great looking appliance it is. Constantly using the Sensor Reheat program and it is wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best looking drawer microwave we could find. Stainless matches Thermador stainless. Easy to use. Love the sensor reheat and sensor cook features. Can somehow make a frozen bagel taste 95% as good as the day you got it as long as you froze it while it was still fresh. Only reason for 4 stars is because no turn table, there are some cold spots so large plates of food need to be rotated a couple times.

We rarely use the microwave. It was in our new house that we bought less than two years ago. Use at most once a week. Repair guy just told me the unit is shot. Cannot use as there is risk of fire. The unit that puts out the waves was burning a hole in the top metal

Love all of the features like the cook feature that acts like an oven! It is unbelievable, I would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that the microwave is in a drawer so it's easy to set things inside. I don't like that there is no rotating plate inside. I haven't noticed that food isn't cooking properly, but I'm used to microwaved food rotating.
