I wanted hardwood not a laminate and wasn't the right color

The in store sample seemed to perfectly match our existing flooring. When it came, it’s very slightly more cinnamon/not quite as gold as our flooring. The product took 2-3 extra weeks more than the original estimated delivery date and another couple weeks to get 2 damaged boxes replaced. Unfortunately for us it is just barely skinnier so we have gaps as we tried lacing this with our existing 5” planks. There are a lot of short boards. I’m disappointed by number of boards that are damaged, have mismatched texture and or uneven/patchy finish. Luckily we will have lots of cabinets to cover some of the junky boards. Some of the boards are bowed a little too leading to more gaps. When they have so few long boards in each box it really bugs when the long ones are not straight or have a poor staining job. If we could have a do-over I would not get this product. We were in a time crunch and couldn’t wait another 3-5 weeks to return and order something else.

Engineered hardwood was very different than full hardwood sample. We knew it took stain different but this really was not close. Fortunately it looks ok, but if it didn’t we would have retuned the entire purchase.

The American Vintage flooring are beautiful.

We replaced carpeting with this flooring and the house looks much better. The boards were delivered in good condition, and the install went smoothly. I will definitely be purchasing more when we do the flooring in the master bedroom.

Approximately one out of four boxes was not usable due to warping. It appears each box had a row with only a short length board that caused all of the full length boards above and below to bend when the box was stored on the pallet. I would likely not purchase this brand again.

A few blemishes were too bad to use and had to be cut out; over all the quality was good.

Very pleased with the Bruce Mocha Scraped Oak engineered flooring. I was lucky to have hired a great person to install so the results are outstanding.

The floor is super easy to install. I've never installed flooring before and I did it myself. It is pretty durable too- I've moved a lot of furniture across it with no damage or marks left. Overall I love it and it looks great!

Looks very nice although I would have liked the ends to butt together tighter. Found the stain to be very consistent.

The pictures do not show how knotty the wood is... which for the most part, I don’t mind. BUT a lot of the wood has huge holes - like quarter sized - which I was not prepared for. This resulted in needing more flooring (to avoid the super knotty pieces and account for several broken boxes) and we are now waiting, waiting, waiting. It is also taking twice as long to install it as was quoted to us, but that’s another story. Recommendations: 1. I wish the sample in the store and in the photos showed the knotty wood... I don’t mind the character but I wasn’t prepared for THIS much character. The pieces that aren’t so beat up look very beautiful though. 2. Carefully watch your install and have them adjust beat up pieces into less noticeable areas (ie. Under cabinets, dark corners, etc)... but don’t hold all the beat up pieces until the end - it will look funky. Notes: We installed more than 900sqft of this floor in our entryway, dining room, kitchen, and a half bathroom.

We installed this flooring 2 years ago in our entry,living room, kitchen and eating area . We planned on putting carpet in the bedroom. We have totally loved this product so we came back and bought the same hardwood flooring to put in the bedroom. It does not show any wear at all even with a dog

I really like my floors! My installer who has over 20 years of experience in installing wood floors said it was a good product and it was one of the easier installs he has done.

we have this same flooring but in solid hard wood in our great room and chose this for the upstairs hallway and bedrooms for a costs savings and the engineered look better than the hardwood.

Bought to coordinate with 3/4 inch in rest of home to install on concrete hall downstairs. Matches upstairs pretty well. Sturdy and nice character. No complaints

Very nice

The installers found a lot of cracked boards as they opened them up. I ordered plenty and they ran about 2 boxes short of completing the job because of the culled boards. Unfortunately, they put them in the dumpster and it was hauled away before I knew they ran short.
