I love the aesthetic of the white coffee pot, but hate the black cord! Make it white! Also, I wish there was a way to keep the coffee hot after brewing. I believe that feature is only available with the glass carafe with hot plate.. the white solid pot does not have a “hot plate” function.. I wish it was hotter. Overall, we love the ability to pair to our phone. It’s super fast! We like it… would prefer white cord and hot plate or keep war, feature on our pot.

It is a really nice looking machine. I have not had a chance to use all of the features (wifi) yet. It is pretty straight forward to use. The only "downside" is that it is quiet and I can't always tell if it is brewing.

Temperature Setting-(how cool is that?) Simple clock setting. Choose Fahrenheit vs Celsius. Digital selection for # of cups desired. Programmable to wake up to your coffee already made OR set it up to your phone. Built in screen filter. Perfect if you need to coffee super strong or very light; it has options

Very good coffee pot the coffee stays hot for a very long time. I’m a Dunkin’ Donuts fan and the coffee never tasted the same at home and it does now taste like when you go to the store. I love the look of it. I have café appliances and it looks well in my kitchen.

Overall this has been a very nice coffee maker and I appreciate the remote/ smart function. Brews very good coffee. However the pot handle has started chipping and pealing after only a short time. It looks terrible. Also the cover plate over the controls keeps on popping off.

I have had this coffee pot for a few months and the gold foiling on the carafe is already peeling off. I’ve tried looking for a replacement carafe and cannot find one anywhere. For the price I expected it to not peel the way it did. Especially after only hand washing it.

Café rose gold signature color came off all around the drip within 3 months. They sent another one, it Also chipped within 3 months. Now they say that it's "normal wear y tear". That's clearly a lie as both machines did the same thing and I'm just 1 person, not even drink coffee every day! You pay too much for this for the paint to chip within a couple of months and then GE blows you off! DON'T BUY, BUYER BEWARE!

Very disappointed. I can’t get the descale light to turn off after cleaning, unplugging & holding strength button. I purchase the white and it stains horribly and can’t get it cleaned. I will look for my receipt and return if possible. I have every cafe’ appliance they make and love them all except for the coffee maker.

We have had our new coffee maker for about a month. We are very pleased with the quality materials used and design of this machine. The features of this coffee maker are functional and not overwhelming. We fond it very easy to program using the coffee maker front panel controls or using WI-FI app (we use both). We love the app for setting a weekly schedule knowing our coffee will be ready every morning before work when we get up. Of course you have to add your water and coffee the night before. Important feature is the heating element having the ability to provide water temp between 195-205 degrees consistently which meets the SCA standard. The coffee maker is actually very quiet in my opinion when brewing. When it is finished brewing it chimes to let you know the coffee is ready. The chime is just loud enough to not be annoying. Also, we connected the coffee maker to our WI-FI and we can use Alexa enabled devices to start brewing with a voice command if we want on the weekends. The thermal carafe works very well and keeps the coffee hot for a good hour or so. Our previous coffee maker was a Bonavita 8 cup coffee maker and it it was also SCA certified. I like our new GE Coffee Maker much better (functionality and appearance) and it brews a great pot of coffee. Lastly, it is a great looking appliance on our counter top.

It’s a beautiful coffee maker and it certainly makes a statement. I’ve actually received compliments on it. I like the Wi-Fi feature because I can turn it on when I wake up and it’s ready by the time I get to the kitchen. It also makes good coffee (the most important part). However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the finish on the handle of the carafe does not last long. It’s peeling off the handle and looks dirty. I’m not sure if I can buy a replacement but I’m also not sure if I want to buy a replacement carafe every year.

Overall, this is a nice coffee maker. Like many who purchased one, I love the appearance but am unhappy with the finishes on the pot itself. I’ve had this for a while and never thought to get it replaced under warranty. My mistake! The copper finish on the handle and the white coating on the pot started flaking off very soon after I started using it. I usually hand wash it, so it gets gentle care. My brother and SIL purchased one after they saw mine and the same thing happened.

Beautiful coffee maker with great features and easy cleaning/descaling process. Absolutely love it except the digital clock has lost some of it’s lights which makes it hard to read the time and schedule brewing. I’m hoping to get parts to fix this or get the coffee maker replaced with a new one.

The look is sleek. Love the craft pot. Keeps the coffee very hot for a long while IF you rotate the lid to close the opening. I just figured that out no where in the instructions manual. We like the control of how strong it brews. We have had it about a month so jury is still out.

Love the coffee, unfortunately the carafe is already peeling on the handle and bottom. For the price of this machine, it’s unacceptable.

While I love this coffee maker, I’m completely disappointed with the material used for the handle. I specifically brought this coffee machine because it matched all of my appliances. I was sold on the bronze finish. My son brought this machine as a gift for Christmas and I cannot believe it’s only been 4 weeks and the handle is peeling. Very disappointed! I expected more from GE.

Such a sleek, sturdy machine. I’ve had it for about 3 years and it still works well but the metallic material on the handle has started to bubble and fall off. Some pieces are a little sharp so once it really starts to fall off, I’ll probably have to get another machine.

This coffee maker makes the perfect cup of coffee and keeps it hot practically all day. There’s never any water leaking from the water canister or coffee leaking from the carafe. I love everything about this coffee maker.
