Was hard to cut in a table saw because the step wasn’t straight, a little warped. hard to mitigate to give that seamless look.

Color matching issues. Some were more gray. Some were more brown. Didn’t notice until I cut them all.

Great product. Stairs look amazing!

Looks great with the flooring and nice to walk on. Not slippery, which I was a little concerned about. Seemed easy to install and really finishes of the basement make-over!

Originally bought the bull nose but then realized I would need to cut the lip off the stair, which would shorten the step, and rip a few boards to cover the step. Decided to go with the cap and it was the right call. It is more expensive, but not as much as you think when you add up the planks and nose for each step. They are well made. Get the stair tread template to ensure accurate cuts/angles. I didn't even need to caulk. Good luck.

Easy install for me as a contractor with a shop if someone is handy it can be done with some time

We chose to buy only one of these to match the top floor where the LifeProof vinyl was installed and real wood for the stairs, that was a good decision. This product is way too expensive, poor quality and they don't let us put a full review here.
