Solid product and easy to Install. One shipment had a cracked side piece but easy to reach customer support and received a replacement within three days. Excellent customer support!!

Great quality and price. I've installed a more expensive Easy Closet system in a previous home and there is very little difference in quality and this system was a major savings. We have a large closet and there was no way to tell what box went with each unit we ordered since over 15 boxes were delivered stacked on a pallet. Called the manufacturer and they emailed a list of boxes (each box had a bar code sticker and number) went with each of the 5 units we needed, That let me install each in the order I needed without having to open each box and try to figure out. Home Depot should include this list with the order. These are very heavy and once installed, very sturdy. If you aren't fairly handy, spend more and use a company to design and install, especially if you can't easily use their suggested unit configurations. I never had to cut any to completely fit a 120 sq ft walk-in closet.

Super nice addition at the back of the closet. Easy to assemble and install. Nice room for shoes and shelf space too!

Easy to assemble but should start the screws with a hand screwdriver as I miss screwed a couple of the screws with my drill.

Easy assembly, looks great, well designed

Pretty functional and efficient design. Easily packs in 3 pairs of mens shoes in each rack. Ankle high boots fit in comfortably. Although hanging part of the installation is easy, assembling shelves are not - that can be partly attributed to the slanted nature of the shelves. But also to the fact that pre-drilled holes in the shelves are not visible/prominent. This area of design can use some improvement. Overall, very satisfied and planning on getting another unit.

For the price, I would say it’s not worth it.

Missing hardware. Shelves were missing pre drilled holes as advertised. Contact number for missing pieces just went to voicemail every time called.

This product is great but, as others have mentioned, the instructions are awful. Because each manual can be several different things, the instructions are very vague. We had to guess often, back track a few times and take pictures of the manual to zoom in on tiny diagrams. The good news is, there’s plenty of flexibility in setup if you are willing to play fast and loose.

I absolutely love this in my closet. I bought multiple components for my closet and love every one of them. Highly recommend!

It hangs well on the wall and looks nice except that the holes are all of the way through, so if it is in a walk in closet, then you have holes on the outside of the cabinet which doesn't look so nice.

The product itself is nice however the directions are so poor things had to be redone. Very frustrating.

Very nice shoe rack with additional storage at the top. Very happy with this purchase.
