Shoe tower- we got two
Some of the shelves had small spots where the paint was missing. Otherwise very pleased with this shoe tower. Takes two skilled people to install.

We love the quality, but ordered 5 separate pieces and...
We love the quality, but ordered 5 separate pieces and their labeling was attrocious. So difficult to figure out what box belongs with what. I had 2 contractors working on it and was charged 2+ hours more because the labeling was not on the boxes. I emailed the company directly and got a response days later.

We wound up returning this section because the closet didn’t...
We wound up returning this section because the closet didn’t have enough space. The quality is what you would expect, not terrific but acceptable. It is still way better than the wire racks put in by builder. Some pieces on other units we bought had a few chips, but didn’t really notice until we hung it. They were small and in the backside, so not noticeable therefore we didn’t return any pieces.

Good quality product for the most part and very easy to install. only reason for 4 stars is a minor one. The metal bars that hold the shoes from falling out do not all fit tight and at times when you pull shoes out if the hook it they come out and fall on floor. Will try to find some type of glue that will secure them.

It's not wide enough for men's shoes. I wish is was just 1 shoe wider because it only fits 2 and 1/2 pairs of shoes for men. 3 for women or smaller shoe sizes. Besides that it was easy to assemble and good quality.

The tower was one section of a complete closet system. It was easy to assemble, instructions were accurate, and the carton contained all necessary parts. The system was a good value and met all expectations. It is not to be confused with a high end custom type system. However, it looks very good in our closet.

Thankfully the end result looked good. But the materials were the cheapest lowest quality furniture materials I have ever purchased. Easily chipped paint. Flimsy Low density particle board easily damaged. The cost of the materials was 1/50 the price. I am amazed Home Depot would take on such a low quality product. It’s negatively impacted my view of Home Depot. Must be all about the profit margins.

Great addition to our closet
Great addition to our closet. My wife is looking forward to keeping her shoes more organized! Not terribly difficult to put together. Only downer was that the shelves seemed to slide out no matter how sloped (or not sloped) I installed the shelves. So I had to fasten each shelf instead of keeping them adjustable.

Easy to assemble. The only disappointment is that the holes are drilled slightly offset to tilt the shoe racks at the perfect angle. Unfortunately that means of you want to remove a shoe rack or two and put in shelves, you can’t because they are tilted.
