Easy to assemble and is working well in our closets!

This is the second Closet Maid system I’ve installed in our home. It is easy to install and the weight is evenly distributed along the wall, which keeps the rack from failing (I had another system collapse which only supported by the top rail). I highly recommend closet Maid to get organized.

Purchasing this unit was an excellent decision! Now I am really organized! It was easy to assemble too.

Easy to install for my handyman. Box was missing 2 of the 3 rods which HD replaced. Used for rental property, so hopefully sturdy.

Worked great for a quick DIY closet renovation in my kids room. The installation is easy and requirements minimal tools and skill. There are add on pieces that are available so you can expand if you need more space in the future. I would recommend it for kids closets.

Everything this product said it would do it DOES!!!!!I'm no Handyman by far just followed the basic instructions did what it told me to do and Wallah the closet is perfect. I would recommend this product to anyone

2 ft rule for uprights doesn't always work.

I am still waiting to finish the shelves. 2 hanger poles were missing and 6 shelf brackets were missing. I called the 800 number and the company is sending them to me. Can’t finish until parts arrive.

Easy to install, good quality. Even though it's an open visible closet, it looks very nice on wall, and keeps things easy to organize

Came with detailed instructions & hardware to install on any wall type (stud, drywall or concrete). Several layout options were provided in several different lengths. Relatively easy to install. Getting the first brackets level was the biggest challenge, but as long as you can read a ruler & a level you you're ok. They look great too!

Really easy to put up

The product was excellent, and fairly easy to install. Any additional extras, shelf brackets, are a little overpriced. But in all it made the closet much more functional.
