I use these adhesive bases to run an extension cord along a base board.

I mounted several of these bases to powder coated aluminum facias to hold some low voltage wiring in place. I carefully cleaned all surfaces with clean water and dried with paper towels before mounting. They went on clean and seemed to hold well - until the weather warmed up the last couple of days. Despite being mounted out of direct sunshine, wind, and rain, the mounts are failing and dropping off as summer temperatures in the 80's arrives. I am disappointed.

I needed something solid to anchor cable ties inside my load center. These did the trick. My wire management looks much better and the cabling is absolutely secure.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE I was doing some cable management on my desk and the desk company did not send enough mounts so I bought these from Home Depot. A week later the desk company mounts are all still holding and every single one of these is floating the air, and the ones that the desk company sent have only half the adhesive area and they are still holding. No sense in even taking the cover off the back.

Works well. Now the array of TV/DVD player/cable box/sound system wires are much neater.

These work. Wish there was a 25 package.

These squares have their uses but don't rely solely on the sticky back supplied for adhesion. I have experienced a 25% failure of the adhesive material. These were stuck to a card-type fibrous material (non-shiny) that seemed to hold really well, until one failed after 36 hours, and another failed after 6 days. I have now re-stuck these with additional super glue and they finally seem to be holding OK.

You must throughly clean the surface first. I put it on shower tile first and it didn't stick very well, but, after cleaning with alcohol and warming the tile with a hair dryer.... had trouble getting it off.

The glue is not strong enough

I didn't think it would work on stucco, but it sure did!

All that i use glue backing separate from plastic square. Bad Quality

The mounting base was easy to install, and it was great for my crafts project.

These are great for indoor cable mounting in a controlled ac/heat environment. They do not work well when exposed to humidity

These mounts have a hole for attaching with a screw, but it is poorly designed. The hole is quite large for a #6 FH screw, and the mount pulls off easily, right over the screw head. A #8 FH screw fits much better, but then the head sticks up so much that it difficult to install the tie. The saddle-type mounts, which are generally only available online from Home Depot, are much better.

Gets the job done, run low voltage wires along i beams without drilling

Works as advertised and expected. Sure wish I didn't have to buy 100 of them though; I only needed two 1

Perfect, just what I needed to tidy up my wiring.

You couldn’t get the strip over the adhesive off on a lot of them. So far about 30% unusable.
