The plant was well-packed, arrived on time, was healthy and in good shape, and the basket was exactly as pictured. The reason I didn’t give five stars is that the plant itself was much sparser/less full than the picture had led me to believe, which was a bit disappointing.

It arrived 2 days late. The soil was dry as...
It arrived 2 days late. The soil was dry as sawdust. The leaves were droopy and had brown, dry spots on the ends. It was much smaller and shorter than expected. I meant to return it but haven’t gotten around to it. The basket is nice.

Doesn’t seem healthy
The plant that I got doesn’t appear to be in great health. A leaf at the bottom is mostly brown and a few others had tears and brown spots. Disappointed for the amount of money that I spent.

The plant is healthy, but looks nothing like the picture online. The plant that was delivered has less than half the amount of leaves as pictured. Somewhat disappointing
