Worked great for short time
Was easy to install and worked great for about a month. After the first month the cold water valve started to not work properly. When turned to off position it would not fully turn off. A pencil sized stream continued to run. A week later it would not turn up much higher than that. May be a hard water problem but all my updated faucets in other rooms continue to work great. The bathroom is our last room left to update just expected this product to last longer.

No sealing around the handles or the connections thru the wall. I had to carefully seal around the faucet, especially thru the wall.
The shower diverter leaks terribly; is a very poor design.
I definitely expect much better design, even with the low price.

The water comes out of the faucet when the shower...
The water comes out of the faucet when the shower is ingaged and does not go down on its own when you turn the water off.

For a Mobil Home, this fits perfectly. So very easy to install because you do not need any additional parts except for teflon tape. Looks better than the old original fixture and the shower part is better too.

Garbage
Internal leak flooded my bathroom... The downspout does not direct the water down ..with a flat bottom it allows the water to collect and run back towards the wall..

Great find !!
This is one of the few places you can find these faucets. As anyone with a manufactured home knows, you just can't use a standard faucet. These are great quality and I was pleasantly surprised to find them at the Home Depot.

poor design
This product does not work well at all, the water pressure is poor and the water from the faucet runs back toward the wall of the tub and will run in the floor if you are not careful.
