I’ve only used this once so far but it worked great on the small project I was doing. Was was awesome about is not having to fire up my compressor and drag around a hose. Also, I was working a little late at night in my garage and didn’t have to worry about neighbors being disturbed by a noisy compressor. Both the rapid fire and single fire worked nicely. The depth gauge seemed to be counterintuitive but did work when I experimented with turning it either way.

I love these nailers; they've came a long way with improvement upon efficiently nailing/ not jamming / etc since they first came out with these. Also, as far as the finish bailing goes- a nice upgrade from the older paslodes I've used for years (cuts the cost of the fuel foo! Just battery). The only feature I find funky on the particular model DeWalt 18ga nailer I bought was the nail depth adjustment tabs are little tight to push rather than some models that had the thumbwheel adjustment. Anyway, good nailer for shootin' and lootin' trim on the fly.

I bought this wonderful nail gun, because there are times when it takes longer to get the pneumatic nail gun out and set up then the job. I also used this to help get doors at my job repaired so those rooms could be reopened to patients. I love these nail guns for their convenience and speed.

Can't believe how much of a game changer this was, no more air compressor or pneumatic guns. Simple to use and versatile as it handles 5/8" to 2-1/8" brads....the light was nice as it illuminated the work area.

I really love DeWalt products, and I would like to have more deals with them when I buy them every time I buy them that’s all I’m interested in commenting on. Thank you.

Far superior to other battery nailers

I never received it, made a complaint with Home Depot they blamed ups. Oddly enough I never made an arrangement with ups. Now my metabo Brad nailer works great. Good job losing a long term customer

I’ve been wanting a battery powered brad nailer for quite some time. This one fit the bill because I am already invested in the DeWalt ecosystem. I appreciate that this can accomodate a 2” brad and works quickly. I recently used this to tack on some of my fence boards while i used some screws to fasten it permanently. My favorite feature is the continuous mode where you hold the trigger and just continue tapping down a row. Its super convenient and all of my brads were countersunk perfectly. My only con with this brad nailer is that the overall dimensions are pretty bulky. The upper portion is rather large and can be top heavy. But just slap on a heavy battery and it feels much better. But just remember that this can cause some fatigue in your arms for longer projects. And if you plan on hanging it on a belt loop or work belt, it will be heavy

The nail gun worked great its light .real impressive

Nailer stopped working after less than 20 shots. I returned it and got a replacement. Second nailer works great. The lady in customer service was very helpful and nice.

Just purchased nailer and like it.Works good but is somewhat bulky.

My first battery operated nailer. I’ve been impressed how well it works and the battery life is great.

This is a work horse of a Brad nailer! On an over all Brad nailer, this nailer works great. It gets the job done in no time. I had only one jam and that was do to a bent nail. I highly recommend this nailer.

Nail gun works great. Easy to use and maneuver in areas with its size. No jamming issues or misfires like I’ve had with old nail guns.

I have a pneumatic brad nailer, but it requires the compressor, hose, etc. I wanted a brad nailer that I could pick up and start working. Plus, it makes for a cleaner work area - no hoses, extension cords, etc. I like the adjustable depth setting and the nose guard storage. It shoots Porter Cable brad nails with no problems.
