Works as intended. But, the anchor screws that hold counter sink to drill bit becomes loose quickly. Not everyone has tiny hex keys to keep it tight.

Good sharp drilling bit with countersink all in one to get the job done faster

Easy to assemble but needs lil bit more sharpie

For my needs, it is the perfect bit with a countersink.

This appears to be a two piece assembly but it is actually 3 pieces. The hex portion is glued on and apparently minimal heat and torque releases the glue so that you are left with a useless hex piece and a very stubby drill bit shank to place in the chuck of a drill if you are drilling full depth. The drill bit does not maintain sharpness for very long. The set screws are minimally effective as there are no flats on the drill bit shank if using it for full depth pre-drill.

Bit broke on me. Didn’t last 1hour

Had to drive 40 miles into town to pick up a countersink to finish a deck install. Bought two of these #10 countersinks to make sure I could complete the job without interruption. The first countersink failed within 10 holes, with the part being held by the chuck coming loose from the drill bit. The second countersink failed within 20 holes in the exact same manner. The FSG countersink I was using before these lasted nearly 2,000 holes in Brazilian hard wood before becoming too dull to use. I am extremely disappointed in DeWalt's quality for these two bits. Won't make that mistake again.

when just the tip isn't good enough!

I’m giving this product three stars because the tip Immediately broke off. Although even with the fine tip gone, it still is working just fine for what I need.

Great for pre-drilling holes without the countersink being used. The tip being extremely pointed rather that a typical drill bit doesn’t move around at the beginning stages of the hole.

Not happy with countersink/counterbore. Does not seem to stay in place even after torquing down the inset screw which potentially can damage the drill flights. Would not buy these again.
