The forstner bit cut through the wood fast and clean. A time saver... Wish bits that size would come with some type of protective case for the cutting edge for transporting in a tool box.

Used a Ryobi and a Diablo for a side by side comparison and the Diablo is just a way better and cleaner cut.

No comparison to a set of Ryobi bits I bought several months ago. This thing easily chews through wood. Happy with the purchase.

Diablo Products Set the Bar

Maybe this is common knowledge, but this bit is not actually 1". I needed a 1" hole, so I went for a 1" bit. The bit is more like 31/32". Keep that in mind if you need an accurate hole diameter.

Bought for kid’s science project. He could easily drill through 2 in wood on an entry level drill press and create smooth holes. Compare to Milwaukee hole saw this is a totally different level.

Almost every.....single.....item.... in Home Depot is over priced. Your Owner recently made the comment that Americans don't want to work anymore. In actuality we cannot afford to work anymore. Stop gouging your customers.

The drill cut through 2 1/2 inch oak easily

We made 4 new cabinet doors and each door needed two 1 3/8" diameter x 1/2" deep pocket to house the Blum latches we bought. The DIABLO 1-3/8 in. High-Speed Steel Forstner Bit made sharp-edged pockets with ease and zero splinters. Excellent bit, well made and accurate! Highly recommended!
