Sadly, this item becoming harder and harder to find online. Only found by accident visiting a different store. A great product. Automatically adjusts on/off times to actual sunset/sunrise times if that's what you want to do. Works reliably.

Need some electrical experience to install but the product works great.

Absolutely the hardest, most convoluted and frustrating programming you will ever try to do. I have had it for about 2 years and about to throw it away and find an easier timer for my lights. Life is too short!

Only lasted about 1yr on my 3 season porch in NW Ohio running an exterior LED bulb. Triggered my GFCI, and that's when i found it fried.

Bought 2 to replace 2 others that also quit working. Of the second 2, one already quit. All fail the same way, the display goes away, but the backlighting stays on. Unfortunately it is the only device of this type that HD sells. Most recent failure was within a month.

Works as advertised. A bit bulky to fit in wall box easily. Not user friendly to program.

the Timer does the job perfectly. used to control outdoor lighting and I use the dusk to dawn feature. have had no issues with any of these timers. I have installed 8 so far oldest one being 11 month ago. excellent product

Easy to install and simple to program. Works just as intended.

Works as claimed. Good printed instructions. Very well thought out design. The user interface was pretty good and easy to follow although it took really good lighting and a magnifying glass for an old guy to see the display. It is very small. It has a relay contact output which was good for my purpose. There must be a supercap on board which NEEDS TIME TO CHARGE UP before removing power or you will lose all of your settings. Found this out the hard way. I tried cycling power right after I saved all my settings the first time and they disappeared. Entered them again and waited 10 minutes the next time and it saved them. Having no battery to ever replace was the selling point for me.

This timer solves the problem of needing to be reset continuously for sunrise time, sunset time, and daylight savings time, however, there is a trick to setting it properly. When setting the Dusk function, the timer was programmed to turn OFF at Dusk instead of ON which caused it to work improperly until I figured it out.

Pay close attention to the programming instructions and you'll be fine. It took me several attempts to set it right. Also, the unit fills up space in the wall box. If you have 3-4 switches in one box, it gets tight with all the wires behind it. Once installed, it's great.

The Timers are working perfectly, and my customer indicated they were very simple to program.

This has been in use for a little over a week, and it is working fine. It meets my expectations, and I love all of the options it has. If I had it for a longer period, I would probably given it 5 stars.

this p[product is cheap. Don't be fooled by the "light"-- it is near nonexistent in brightness. Programming is very complex ( i have a graduates degree, FYI), making you cycle through a whole host of options. ALSO -- and cant stress this enough-- you cant program what you cant SEE. It should be sold with a microscope-- both the buttons and the display are tinnnyy.

This item only worked on a single switch not a three way switch.

The switch is good quality, but the rear end of the switch that goes into the junction box is big and a challenge to fit in older, smaller boxes. I was able to make it work, but the main issue I have is that despite following the instructions to the letter I can't get it to follow a program.

Installation was easy. Programming almost as easy (as long as you follow the instructons!)

I purchased this to replace an older timer that was not digital. Three tries at programming a basic on/off routine using the dawn/dusk function and no luck so far getting it to work. As has been said before, this is way too complicated to program. Not sure what the best option is but this is not it. I am going to end up replacing this one after two weeks of trying to get it programmed.

Easy programming, works well. We'll see if it looses it's program when the power goes out...I have another that is battery powered.

Directions were easy to follow. Product worked just the way it was advertised.

Works well, but the size of the rear part of the unit that has to fit into the wall box is rather large which may make it hard to fit when there are already lots of wiring in the box in the wall.

Pros: It's small and fits into a standard light switch space. Reasonably priced. Cons: Programming requires an especially powerful magnifying glass to read the microscopic writing on the tiny screen. The buttons are so small you need to press them with a pointy object, such as a pencil. A sharp one. It has up to 7 programs that you can set, but that does not mean you can easily change the programs when you want - say to keep the lights on longer when your teenager is out or you're expecting guests to arrive late. Instead, you program individual days, and you can't change the schedules without getting out the instructions, and the sharp pencil and strong magnifying glass. And then you have to do the same again to set it back to regular. There is an "override" but it is only effective until the next regularly scheduled on/off event. So if you want the lights to stay on late, your only option seems to be to get up out of bed after the timer has turned the lights off, and turn them back on. Seriously. If your life is predictably the same every day, you should buy this, program it, and have the lights go on and off according to your predictable daily schedule. Other people will hate this thing. I would rate it just above zero stars.

After installing it and setting it up this time I only work for two days.

It's a good and reliable product except for the the extremely complicated setup manual. There has got to be an easier way. If you are a novice home wiring person, don't even try.
