I prefer lacquer over poly or any water based finish. Much smoother surface, easier to lightly sand, dries very quick. I use it for small projects and cabinets. As long as its available I will use it. Cant go wrong.

Deft is my go to wood finish spray! With a clean even spray, it’s a very hard product to beat, especially in tight spaces. There are better projects for overall protection , but if that’s what’s most important to you, you’re likely looking for a different product anyway!

I tried the stuff in a can and painting it. Didn’t work really well. This went on easy and dried quickly. Allowed me to do 5 projects at once and over two days with 7 coats.
