Sad...
This faucet was in the house we moved into it in 2019. A few months after we moved in, the faucet started wouldn't come on or would just randomly turn off - I did some research and then realized it was a "touch" faucet and had batteries that needed replacing! It took us some time to get used to the "touch" feature, but now we love it. Next problem we had was the battery case wouldn't lock to keep the batteries in, so they kept partially popping out...which means it doesn't work...finally found a solution to that. I recently noticed rust starting to form around the magnet where the sprayer pulls out and it got so bad the sprayer wouldn't go all the way back in and hangs partially out. I tried cleaning it, but that only made it worse. Very disappointed, as when looking to replace, it is an expensive faucet. Thinking I may try Moen...

Totally unreliable
I have two of these - one for my main kitchen sink and one for the smaller one in the kitchen island. In the past five years since installation, both had their solenoids go out multiple times, leading to leaks and expensive (~$150) replacements. If you get one, set aside money for repairs.

Solenoid Replacement
Purchased in 2014 since then I have needed to replace the solenoid twice. Recently broke again and they indicated that it is no longer under warranty so I will need to pay for the replacement.
Seems unfair since this seems to be a faulty part after reading the reviews. This part should be replaced without having to pay for it.

Faulty faucet
This faucet requires 6x AA batteries to operate (non-rechargeable recommended), and it goes through them in a matter of weeks instead of the 12 month battery life according to manual. I've tried various battery brands and had the same result. This is a problem because the faucet won't work without batteries, and can't be plugged in to an outlet.
My originally purchased faucet had to be replaced within 2 months of installation due to this issue. However, I'm having the same problem with the replacement just a few months after that. Both faucets were installed by certified plumbers.
I was advised to manually bypass the electronic solenoid to use it without the battery-operated touch feature, but that was the whole point of this model which cost a premium over standard faucets. Having the same problem on two faucets leads me to believe there's some kind of manufacturing defect with this model.

The battery pack can use either AA cells or C cells. C cell batteries have a higher capacity and will last longer.
Although the amount of power the LED uses is small, turning off the faucet with the handle and leaving the LED on can contribute to shortened battery life. Tap the faucet to turn the water and the light off.

Very good faucet - fun
We bought this faucet two or three years ago. We are very pleased with the purchase. It is so very convenient. We love the touch feature. We wish the volume of water flow was a little greater. We have had to replace the solenoid valve but Delta provided the replacement. They do stand by their product. We would buy again.

Live the warranty and support
We’ve had our touch faucet since 2009 and we love it. After 10 years we had to replace the touch sensor and with their phone support we replaced it ourselves. Also just recently we develop a leak, sent us the parts under warranty (free) with directions and we did it ourselves again!!

Life time works
In redo of kitchen countertop, a leak was discovered. Called Delta and they sent parts. I love the pull down sprayer, touch on and off, and general looks of faucet!

Great design but solenoid only lasts for 3 to 5 yr
I love the design of the faucet and the touch feature when the solenoid works. I have now on my third solenoid since the faucet was installed in 2012. Next time I will not purchase the touch model.
