Terrible screws too soft
Screw heads are too soft they strip very easily even with new screwdriver had to make the hole 1/16 bigger don’t like doing this to a handicap grab bar

*Extremely* difficult to install
The plates must be positioned such that the plate centers are EXACTLY 18" apart *and* each plate's set-screw is EXACTLY vertical. Failure to obtain these exact positions means the collar set screws cannot be threaded through the grab bar into the mounting plates.
No witness marks on the plates, mounting holes in the plates are not drilled on a vertical axis, no template provided. Due to the difficulty of installation, would not recommend to others.

Perfect!
We had to put in 3 grab bars in our master bath. The rest of our bathroom has Kohler fixtures, but the Kohlers' were out of stock when we needed to put them in. After a thorough search, I found these Delta bars to be a close enough match that people don't even realize the were a recent addition. And, that they were significantly less expensive than the Kohlers' is an added plus. They look like they were always there; they're strong and mounted solidly.
