Do not buy. The finish on this soap dispenser is terrible. The finish has deep brushed marks in the steel. Plus, the pump part spins without any resistance. I will be returning and ordering something else.

Spin me round round
Worst. Design. Ever. Looks nice, but once you install the top/pump, it spins like a top. It's not the spinning that's so bad, it's that it's loose enough that you feel like it will fall off.

This isn't a brushed finished as much as it is a 100 grit sandpaper finish. The finish is way too rough looking for a kitchen countertop. I will return it as soon as the Corvid-19 lockdown is lifted.
