Relatively easy to install if you are handy with tools. Once I got everything installed, I was very happy. Keeps my garage/gym cool and blows ice cold air.

As a customer recommand ductless Arie, high Seer, Star Energ, Comfort zone, temprature desireable control product. which keep any household at comfort in their house surrounding atmosphere, wonderful thing to be equiped with.

I bought this unit to replace our old swamp cooler and gas wall heater. It took a bit of work to install it myself as it is new to me but many U-Tube videos later, I gained the confidence to install it. Make sure you get a good vacuum pump and gauges. The entire installation process was pretty straight-forward once I figured out how to route the coolant lines. The toughest part was trying not to kink the 5/8" copper line while bending and routing it through my attic. The unit started right up and spewed nice cold air to cool down the house. It is so quiet that I had to get a ladder to listen to the fan to make sure it was on. The outside unit is similarly quiet. Great unit and I look forward to using it for the years to come. Without the gas wall heater, our house is now totally electric.

Self Installed on 5/21/22. Unit puts out an astounding 30 degrees Delta-T in Cooling Mode. I leave the unit on Auto mode to automatically switch between cool & fan to maint. set temp. If left on cool, temperature will be lower than what is set (think of car AC). App allows for programming of on and off but only use On feature (80 @9am, 77@4pm, 75@9pm, 77@7am, repeat). Make sure to vacumm and hold @ around 500 microns before releasing Freon. Highly recommend. Forward ? 2 sendmail2johnny. yahooo!

Easy to install and does wonderings for my house. Very quite and takes all the moisture out of my house.

Used this in a 500sq ft addition for a master suite and couldn’t be more happy for the price and ease of install!

Installed unit in about a day, install was simple and unit works flawlessly. Some very neat features, especially the Wi-Fi functions, pretty nice to be able to control your homes temperature from hundreds of miles away. Very quiet operation, works great

Just put this in I wish I had put it in sooner. I love it so quite cools really fast if you are looking for a new ac this is the one

The install was completed by my HAVC guy and said it was very easy. He measured outside unit only pulling 1.2amps which means this will be very efficient to run. Furthermore the inside unit is extremely quiet. When I first walked up to it I did not even notice it running. Overall a good purchase. By Jim M

Very nice unit is quiet and cools very well. Easy to install. The tech was able to install in less than an hour.

System has worked great on the heat side temps have been in the teens and it delivered a comfortable temperature. love the swing on the vent outlet, OH and both indoor and outdoor units are QUIET have small desk top fan that makes more noise. Well worth the investment in my opinion. My installer was impressed with unit and features and said he was going to add the brand and unit to his recommend list for his customers. recommend getting a pro the install requires vacuum pump my install was under 4 hrs with a 30 min parts run.

Was fairly easy to install. Keeps our 11000 foot home quite comfortable all year and we live where it can get well above 110 F. in summer and down around 0 F. in winter.

I was real nervous to purchase a mini split as I have a big space to fill and wasnt sure this would do it.....but I love it!! It cools the 1200 open space fast! The heat also works real well! I love that its quiet and blends in with my decor. The outside unit is sleek and qiet unlike regular 3-5 ton HVAC systems. Im extremely happy with this purchase!

Unit came nicely shrink-wrapped on a pallet. Instructions were sufficient, just had to realize that they were not specific to this particular unit. Unit went together well, easy for the technician to do the final evacuation and refrigerant release. Quiet operation inside and out. The only drawback to us is that the fan runs on low continuously even when not heating or cooling. Overall, excellent unit for the cost.

this is the second unit I've owned, very happy with the drop in my power bill vers my older hvac system

If go out not get fix Ductless Aire will let warranty it been sit outside all summer so had someone look at it so I call Ductless Aire to get part fix it myself sorry do not have part so can. Do My Review is do not buy

I purchased this unit for my garage/shop. My HVAC guy said it was an easy install. I have 1200 sq ft foam insulated building that keeps me comfortable and heats up pretty quickly when I go out and it's been off. End of Dec so haven't been able to try the air conditioner yet but if it works as good as the heat I can't I can't complain. If where you use this is insulated well I highly recommend this unit. Don't have wifi in my building yet so can't review that part. It runs very quiet. I sometimes have to go to other end to make sure it's running.

ordered two years ago and just installed a month ago. great replacement for the window unit it replaced. Keeps the shop cool and its very quiet. I would buy again

Since it operates quickly, I don't need to leave it running when I am not going to use it for awhile. It is far more cost effective than other alternatives, and it has a small footprint that provides a good appearance - .both inside and outside.

Its been installed almost a week now. Haven't used cooling yet, but did test it after installation was complete. Air felt really cool. Its been heating well. Very quiet. Hard to tell its on. Money well spent.

Easy install for anyone who is comfortable doing stuff. Need a vacuum pump and a copper line flaring tool if you don't want 25' lines. Easily heats and cools a 700sf uninsulated garage. Only complaint is no warranty for self installed units.

I had reservations about mini splits and was afraid of the cost. I had priced them out in the past and was shocked at what companies wanted to charge to put them in. Ductless Aire was good priced and came from Home Depot. Easy to buy and easy to install.

We are very pleased with our DuctlessAire. Our HVAC tech is impressed with the efficiency of our unit and the self clean mode was more impressive as he's never encountered this feature before. Our unit is so quite we have to strain to hear it! The remote control is so easy to use.

Bought for my garage this system really works great very quiet

Got the 21 seer 24000btu AC/HEATPUMP in September but due to the HVAC co. being so busy getting ready for winter it took awhile. Got it completely installed on 11-12-21. The temp was 36°F. When I turned the unit on in my 3 car garage, I set the unit for comfortable working temp. Of 62°. In no time at all it did it's job well. So far, I think this unit is great and so quiet. It's excellent.

Received unit through Home Depot in September 2021. Had to wait as my HVAC was so busy and had a lot of outages with the weather getting colder. when installed it was 36° outside and set my unit to a nice eorking temp. for me 64°. it didn't take long and completed its task. it is so quiet and really sweet after having an in the wall AC. This will not be my main source of heat as have a heater to take care of really cold months. Temps can get into minus 30's. the air/heat is wonerfull.i have a 3 car garage and shop. Wouldnt let me put picture of the indoor unit in this review.
