ordered two years ago and just installed a month ago. great replacement for the window unit it replaced. Keeps the shop cool and its very quiet. I would buy again

Since it operates quickly, I don't need to leave it running when I am not going to use it for awhile. It is far more cost effective than other alternatives, and it has a small footprint that provides a good appearance - .both inside and outside.

Its been installed almost a week now. Haven't used cooling yet, but did test it after installation was complete. Air felt really cool. Its been heating well. Very quiet. Hard to tell its on. Money well spent.

Easy install for anyone who is comfortable doing stuff. Need a vacuum pump and a copper line flaring tool if you don't want 25' lines. Easily heats and cools a 700sf uninsulated garage. Only complaint is no warranty for self installed units.

I had reservations about mini splits and was afraid of the cost. I had priced them out in the past and was shocked at what companies wanted to charge to put them in. Ductless Aire was good priced and came from Home Depot. Easy to buy and easy to install.

We are very pleased with our DuctlessAire. Our HVAC tech is impressed with the efficiency of our unit and the self clean mode was more impressive as he's never encountered this feature before. Our unit is so quite we have to strain to hear it! The remote control is so easy to use.

Bought for my garage this system really works great very quiet

Got the 21 seer 24000btu AC/HEATPUMP in September but due to the HVAC co. being so busy getting ready for winter it took awhile. Got it completely installed on 11-12-21. The temp was 36°F. When I turned the unit on in my 3 car garage, I set the unit for comfortable working temp. Of 62°. In no time at all it did it's job well. So far, I think this unit is great and so quiet. It's excellent.

Received unit through Home Depot in September 2021. Had to wait as my HVAC was so busy and had a lot of outages with the weather getting colder. when installed it was 36° outside and set my unit to a nice eorking temp. for me 64°. it didn't take long and completed its task. it is so quiet and really sweet after having an in the wall AC. This will not be my main source of heat as have a heater to take care of really cold months. Temps can get into minus 30's. the air/heat is wonerfull.i have a 3 car garage and shop. Wouldnt let me put picture of the indoor unit in this review.

Flawless and easy installation. Unit working as expected. Very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend it to others.

This is our second on that we had installed. The first one went in our house and this one went in our shop. We had both installed professionally and so glad we did. This one that is in the shop is kept at 63 at all times and its perfect. Its so quiet.

I purchased this mini split to install in my 24x22ft garage. I got it while it was on sale so the price of this one was same as the smaller unit. I've been using it for about 3 months with absolutely no problem. Cools the garage in 10 minutes max.

The DuctlessAire system is great. We used it to cool down our house this summer and it worked great and now using it for heat and it really does a great job for our split level house.

It is super quiet the hardest thing too do was drill through the wall on a old house that is doubled boarded

We absolutely love this mini split. It only took minutes to heat up our home which is about 1000 square feet and the unit we chose heats up to 1200 square feet. We did hire an electrician and a hvac person to come and install and so thankful we did.

Easy to assemble and runs awesome. I did not even notice that it was running. Highly recommended.

Quiet units. Cools well. Contact manuf on Monday to see why unit won't go into AP mode to use the wifi connectivity. Will update after issue worked out

Best value unit with good WiFi and app for remote control. $450 for electrical and $800 for HVAC tech to triple evacuate with dry nitrogen and draw a vacuum. I did the rest which, for my unique install, was ~15hrs of labor.

I am glad I purchased this unit, it is easy to use. remote monitor screen are easy to read and use. Hot summer days will keep us cool and cold winter days will keep me warm. It is pretty quiet.

so far its working. I can control via remote and iphone. Easy to program.

I turned it on and forgot it was on. It is very quiet. I hooked up the wireless app. the app works a little slow so do not change your settings too fast. Go one degree at a time. I also like that it works as a dehumidifier.

My installer hooked this up today. He said it was an easy to install product, had phenomenal performance, 40 degree cold air and 92 degree hot air! Unit both inside and out is super quiet.

Install was relatively straightforward, and when the HVAC guy came to vacuum down the lines he noted that parts in this system are found in other (more expensive) systems, and that this one came with a higher than normal quality set of copper lines.

Installed in one day. We have a very open house so it cools the whole downstairs. Very quite.

Unit was purchased and installed per included instructions. I was initially very happy with the unit. After 18 months, an E1 fault appeared on the indoor unit display. Upon investigation, I could smell burned electronics in the outdoor unit so removed to top cover and found the main board to be burned. I purchased a new main board from Ductless-Aire and installed. Upon restoring power, the new board immediately burned up. I am now out about $1,500 and have a unit that I will have to pay to have evacuated before removal. This has been a very expensive lesson.

Great Product, this unit is one of HD's best sellers. I can understand why with all the factory features like WIFI, auto cleaning, and self-diagnostics. this is truly a great value I would recommend this product. Paul from Maine

Unit worked well for two years and after that the PCB got burned. We had the unit installed by a licensed company, we didn’t have any storms in the area, we don’t know the reason as of why the PCB got damaged, we pay around $1800 for the unit and only lasted around 2 years. We contacted the company and they are out of PCBs, we had to wait 90 days to buy one.
