it worked very well , maybe you should define better or warn about the size of this product (36 in) because there are simular products that the size is almost the same (34 in) it could cause mistakes.

Hi EM, sorry that the length of the baluster you purchased was incorrect. We do stock (and ship free to home) the 36" baluster in this series (#202088445). If it is not in your local Home Depot store, it can be ordered online or through the special order desk in any store. Thank you.

Got the job done
Product was shipped as shown and fit perfect. Important to know length of baluster being replaced as lengths vary with application. I would have preferred they carried them in the store but shipping came within less than a week and I picked it up at the store for no shipping costs.
