The framing itself is fine , the spline that is specified for this system is extremely difficult to work with .

Purchased product to enclose patio. It was easy to install and went up quickly with myself and my wife working together. Can't wait to use this spring.

I received all parts and pieces to order faster than expected. But the quality of the aluminium extrusions are lower than a few years ago……..some of the finish wasn't perfect. My order did have some dents and dings……..but managed to utilize pieces without too much waste. We now have a great screened in deck for morning coffee and summer entertaining ! !

I used this strut to stop the banging sound of the kick panels caused by high wind on my screen room and to install a pet door. It cuts easily with a saws-all or a hack saw. For installation I used Screen Room White L-Angle Capri Clips (Model # EZSRCCW Internet # 202453639) and white EZ screen room fasteners. Installation of the supports and the pet door was a cinch. To support the kick panels I installed a horizontal support strut between the upper and lower panel struts and used white caulking to adhere the new strut to the existing panels. It completely stopped the banging. For the pet door I cut out part of the kick panel the size of the door and framed the sides of the door with cut lengths of the strut. I then caulked all the seams. It worked perfectly and the door is strong.

I purchased an eight foot 2"X2" aluminum post and fasteners for installation of a doggie door in our screen room. The purchased components were well packaged and protected against damage and scratching. The components were easy to assemble and the extrusion provided more than enough support for the door. Now we have a happy dog and Home Depot has happy customers.

I installed this product fro my mother in law. Overall easy to install and looks great. Product is very sturdy once installed. Actual screen is high quality. Took about 3 days to install a 7 x 16 porch taking our time. Two people to install the screens is a plus. Only complaint is that they sell the screws in bulk of multiple types that may not get used. I saw some complaints that the bracket edges were not painted. Did not see that as an issue on the white frames. Overall recommend.

I used the EZ screen components to screen in my 50' porch. 9 screen panels, approximately 5.5'x6.5' and then a couple of smaller panels around an aluminum storm door were built. The screen framing is extremely sturdy and the screening material from EZ Screen was fairly easy to install using the screen spline roller that they sell. The only thing I wish EZ Screen would make available is a small bottle of touch up paint. I'm very particular about the quality of materials I use and I highly recommend EZ Screen products.

I recently ordered and installed the EZ Handrail porch screen system on a two wall porch application. The quality and ease of installation for the system was easy and straight forward with one exception. I used screen spline purchased at Home Depot and did not use the spline available through EZ Handrail. The spline tracks are not standard and are unique to EZ Hadrail. This made the installation of the screen very difficult and time consuming. I would recommend the use of the spline that is available through EZ Handrail. It cost about double that of standard screen spline from the hardware store but would have made the screen install much easier and faster to complete. That is the only thing that I would change in my application. Otherwise the finished prodcut looks great. EZ Handrail also provided easy to follow directions and tool requirements with the materials.
