Great product! Easy to apply and met all my expectations.

Great, used 1 coat to restore original color after using polymeric sand. Got rid of the powder dust by sealing over it to restore color of cobblestones.

The finished product looks good, and I'd give it 5 stars based on that. But as others have said, the odor is really strong -- and it lingers for quite a while. You really need to plan to be away from your house for at least a day after applying, and not planning to use your paver patio for at least a week. This stuff is noxious. Next time, I'll be using a water-based sealer since that is nowhere near as bad.

Great product. It really improved the look of my paver driveway wand walkway.

I've used solvent based sealers exclusively for the last 16 years ever since my pavers were new, but unfortunatley the product I used to use was discontinued due to environmental restrictions imposed on the California based manufacturer. So of the few solvent based sealers still available today I gave this product a try. Application went well for coverage and curing which I let sit for 3 days, however the wet look shine lasted only a week in areas where lawn sprinklers overspray once they were turned on after curing (they were also turned off 2 days before application). From a distance those areas almost look like they did before sealing. All other areas that have not been exposed to water still look OK, but this is a very different result from the former sealer product I used to use. The price was good and easy to order through Home Depot but I'm going to try another product next time in a hunt to find the performance I used to get from the discontinued sealer.

I applied this to my pavers this spring. Pavers looked good for a few months. Four months later the pavers are dull and need another coat. Not impressed!!

I applied two coats this spring and my pavers look great for about two months. The sealer does not hold up long in the Florida climate. After 4 months, my pavers look dull. Guess I need to try a different brand!

It worked as advertised. Used brush and roller for application. It went on smoothly and covered the patio and walkways. It has a shinny wet look and makes the pavers to to jump out by restoring the deep colors of the pavers.

Great stuff. Patio looks like new.

I installed 15.5" concrete pavers, maybe 300 sq ft. Installed them using polymeric sand. I waited a few days before putting down the sealer. I used a 3/4" roller. The two light coats I put down went on easily with not a ton of effort. I never did see the wet look. I assumed it was because the pavers were very course, who knows? Yeah, the fumes were bad but went away in maybe 48 hours. Prior to installing, we had 4-5 dry days, no rain. I knew we would have rain 3 days after so I felt pretty good about that. When I rolled it on, the temperature was about 80 degrees. In any case, it rained today....hard! When the rain stopped and the surface of the pavers dried, I went out and had a look. What a mess. I'd say about 80% of the paved area was covered in a white haze. Not sure what to do now, if anything. I wish I'd known just how risky sealing pavers can be. I would have had it done professionally.

Easy to apply and the finished job looked great. I did a very large lanai and pool area.

It seals pretty well but you still need three coats to get an actual wet look.

Worked great for my front porch pavers. Don’t bother with a water based sealer, it’s a waste of time, go with the oil based. Excellent coverage, gives pavers that wet look. It’s like a fresh coat of paint. I tried Thompson’s water based, it goes on milky, looks awful. I will definitely use the Eagle oil based paver sealer again. It even hides light efflorescence stains(that I tried everything to remove)If the product your looking at says “water clean up “ then steer clear. Use one that says “mineral spirits “ clean up(oil based)This Eagle oil based sealer made my porch look better than new. It’s been over a month since I applied it and my pavers still have that clean, new, wet look. They are not slippery when wet either. I put mine on with a paint roller brush, just make sure to thoroughly clean your pavers first. I put it on very thick and it took 2 days to completely dry, so I didn’t need a second coat. I probably used 1 gallon per every 100 square feet. Home Depot gave free shipping and it was delivered in less than a week. I purchased the 5 gallon can, it was packaged very well, a lot of overpacking. If you’re still not convinced, then, this is the one! I never write reviews, but am overly pleased with this product and am not getting paid to say it. Enough said.

I colored my paver driveway and us hi I ed two coats of the wet look paver sealer. The end result was worth the effort. My pavers have a rounded top making the application more difficult than expected when I used a roller. The sealer has a thicker consistency than a Thompson’s Matt finish sealer so you use more product but the results are pavers that look brand new. Several neighbors said the driveway looked good

Typical smell you would expect from a solvent-based product which may be offensive for some but it went on very nice excellent results not too slippery.
