I believe that it’s well made and will last for a long time. It definitely holds ice for 5 days in the Florida heat straight. I opened it every day after I used it in my boat on the first day left it in my boat outside and checked it everyday and never added ice. The 10 pound bag lasted 5 full days. Only thing I don’t like is unscrewing and screwing drain plug. Chained plug retainer but is difficult to turn cause it doesn’t swivel we
