Great quality and was easy to replace the broken one with this one.

One of the door latches on my office doors needed to be replaced. I bought 2 of these door latches. Had to drill small holes for these new latches to install them but that wasn't hard to do. Got that done on both doors and the new latches are working fine. You can adjust the height of the ball by manually screwing it up or down so it catches on the top plate in the top rail of the door frame. An easy repair.

Had to replace only the spring loaded part. Worked great. Now my door to the closet will stay shut.

Used in place of standard lock set. Liked that it was adjustable in depth. Worked well.

Worked fine. Was replacing another ball catch where the ball had come loose from the catch. Diameters from the old one to this one were different, so had to add electrical tape to make the cylinder thicker. Worked fine. The adjustability of the height/tension of the ball is a nice feature so you can get the closing & opening effort level that you want. Good product.

Package was unopened but still missing two screws. Annoying.

Great, except for the sharp corners on the catch plate.

This ball catch was very easy to replace. Having to only turn the bottom to adjust the height made it a quick project.
