Nice update to old toilet lever, for bathroom renovation. Instructions easy to follow.

Very versatile and simple installation. Loved the way you can change the arm position to fit almost any tank.

Looks great. Loved that I could move the lever.

The handle keeps falling off.

It did not work. Wrong angle to attach to toilet so will return it. No fault of the unit, just not the right part.

installed per instructions about a week later, the lever arm had separated from the shaft and was floating in the tank. i did find the "U" ss clip lying in the bottom of tank. i was able to put together and reinstall (although not easy). not sure what caused it to "fall apart". i returned it

Works well. It was unexpected that the handle was open in the back. Stupid design for the company to save money. It is noticeable when you grasp the lever to flush the toilet. I didn’t return it because I didn’t want to go back to the store again.

Install instructions were confusing but I was able to find a YouTube tutorial. My only complaint is the Fluidmaster has a raised dial section that allows for angle rotation. The dial rubs against the toilet tank lid every time the handle is pressed to flush the toilet. This may result in wear over time.

My toilet handle kept sticking in such a way that the water would not shut off. This handle is spring loaded and returns to the proper position once you let it go. Solve my problems.

It was better quality then some other brands which i liked. The packaging said it was a Universal and would work on a Mansfield toilet mechanism which is what I had. Unfortunately it did not work with the Mansfield flush valve. When you flush the toilet it works fine, but then the arm of the handle would always get caught on the top opening (the square part) where the handle arm goes through not letting the flush valve close all the way to start refilling the tank. I tried to make numerous adjustments to try to make it work and 9 times out of 10 it would catch and not re-seal for water to fill.

#rd party mfg now making 3-4 different colors and universal styles instead of each mfg making hundreds of different styles to match each line of product. Much cheaper to buy and because it sits alone, doesn't have to be an exact match. Fluidmaster is especially well made.

It was said to be bendable and was not; at least I couldn’t get it to bend. It did not have the correct angle to work properly. had to buy a different product.

Nice springy lever action, easy install. I've had two of the "other brand" and either the spring breaks or the metal corrodes and it gets stuck with the flapper open. This is more Plastic, which in this case I think is better, more durable.

Product has a great quality, however it didn’t fit my toilet. My handle is Left side handle
