[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this new freezer especially since it's Frost-Free. This is bigger than the small upright freezer we had that wasn't frost-free. We had to defrost the old one at least a few times a year. We like this larger size that has lots of room. The only complaint is the bright green light on bottom of freezer. Our freezer is in the house & not the garage, so it is very bright at night. Overall, we are happy with this purchase.

Perfect freezer for breast milk storage! I was blessed and cursed with an oversupply after having a premie in the NICU and struggled to figure out how much milk would fit in each freezer. This one is perfect geometrically for lansinoh bags in gallon ziploc bags. I think that this would fit 63 gallon bags+some partials, with each bag holding about ~51 ounces (3215+ ounces). Milk freezes super fast and my thermometer alarm shows it is keeping it sub 0 degrees on the recommended setting. Recommend!

Love this garage ready freezer! Definitely recommend. Had it about a month with zero problems. Green light shining on the floor to show it has power is really smart so I don't have to worry or open it to check. Love the size, not too small or big, good for stocking up without taking up all your extra space. Shelves are sturdy and hold more weight than I thought they would. Door opening direction able to switch was perfect since the only place we could put it was near a wall. Good seal and stays closed, almost too well because it is a little hard to open, but I'd rather it be like that than the opposite.

We found ourselsves needing a good smallish upright garage freezer. This unit was a size up from the 13 cubic foot we had thought about. We found the width was till the same, just the depth from door to wall was more meaning it would still fit our space. We are loving the convenience and features of this freezer. The Eventemp feature works great. Really happyt with this purchase

I love this 13. cubic foot. frost free. upright freezer. Very good quality for their price. It holds much more than I thought it would For a mid-size freezer. And freezes everything evenly. Great value and performance. And you can find stuff very easily in this freezer. I'd recommend this freezer to anybody!!!

I bought this stand-up freezer to go in my barn, and honestly I love it! It's so much more convenient than my old deep chest freezer. There's plenty of space with nice adjustable shelves. I've had it for less than a month but I'm very happy with my purchase. Hopefully it'll last for many years to come.

I love the shelves and basket inside the freezer. The space allows me to store so much more than I expected inside. I love the light underneath that shines in the dark. The color matches my other appliances. This upright freezer is everything I wanted and more.

I purchased this Frigidaire Freezer. Because Home Depot did not have a freezer in stock the clerk ordered a freezer. Using the Frigidaire Freezer on hand it was safe to say the product was of good quality. About two weeks went by and it was full. The shelves collapsed on the other shelves below. I saw the problem, there is a 7/16's inch gap between the wall of the freezer and edge of center shelves. Just Remember Before You Purchase From Home Depot, Home Depot Will Do Nothing After 48 Hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size with room for more for our recently acquired 1/4 beef. We added freezer bins to organize. The outside status light is reassuring that it is working at a glance! I do wish it had a lock option.

Day after delivery noticed major frost build up. Was told the warranty is only 48 hours (!) and they’ll send a technician to fix, and that's been 4 times now! They've been unable to fix it. If for any reason one wants to purchase this freezer, make sure you contact them within 48 hours for the slightest issue, to be able to exchange it, otherwise see above. It's been 2 month and I'm still waiting for it to be exchanged or refunded.

"Short" story: The shelves / wire racks are held into place by molded railings which are part of the freezer walls. The shelves are too narrow to snugly reach from one side to the other and fall down. We liked this freezer at first - cooled down very quickly, roomy inside. However the wire shelves quickly became unstable. Even when one item is balanced in the middle of the shelf, that slight pressure causes one edge to slip from the molded railing and fall out.

The delivery was quick and the delivery men were very nice and knowledgeable. Set up of the shelves were easy and ready to put my frozen items in after 1-2 hrs of being plugged in.

We love our new freezer. It’s very quiet and roomy. We purchased half a cow and all 285lbs fit inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to get rid of my small chest freezer in my garage since I got tired of having to dig through my items just to find or not find what I was looking for. After much research this freezer was highly recommended. Living in the desert with temps in the 100’s + during the summer doesn’t do well for anything in your garage especially appliances. This was only one of a few garage rated units and was the only one rated for up to 110 deg. I love having a lighted interior and having a light projected on the floor showing its status. The interior is spacious and more than enough for my purposes. After plugging it in and waiting for 6 hours I started putting items frozen items inside. It’s only been about a week now since I took delivery but I am very pleased. Now only time will tell as to how well it holds up during the summer.

It has a lot of shelves to store my frozen shopping “ deals”. I love the fact that I can stock up on frozen deals when they’re on sale. Also has a door that can open either left or right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is replacing a 7.2 CF Frigidaire chest freezer that still works great, we just wanted a frost free upright with shelves. One other contributing factor why we chose this freezer is the fact that is has metal racks that allows better air flow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Frigidaire freezer. It’s frost free and has so much room. I have been waiting to replace my old smaller freezer and I finally did it. This freezer fits just perfectly in my laundry room. Also there’s a light inside. REALLY HAPPY!

We bought this in April 2023. The top shelf and top of the inside door is now frosting and building ice. Called Frigidaire customer service. Took hours on chat but we got a repair man out. He replaced the seal. STILL FROSTING. He came back tried heating and adjusting, STILL FROSTING! When we called Frigidaire back after 4 hours the customer service lady said there’s no one to service in our area. Husband said yes we had someone out already twice, she then hung up on him. We want our money back!

It has a relatively compact foot-print so it doesn't take up much space. Can't ask for a better appliance!

Arrived with hole in door and dented. Need new door just unboxed it.
