[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 9 yr old freezer, that didn't like the humidity and high temperatures of central Texas, started giving us trouble. Not sure it was suited for living in the garage. It was only a 20 cuft, so we did some research and found this freezer. We bought two that gave us 26 cut and so far, we are very happy. These freezers are designed for garage life so hopefully they will be comfortable for many many years.

Dimensions. Check! Garage ready. Check! I went from a small 5cu ft chest freezer to a 13 cu ft. I LOVE it!!! I had a certain area it was going into and this was THE perfect fit! Perfect everything! Thank you Frigidaire.

This freezer fit perfectly in my space. It has plenty of space in it and is easy to get to things unlike a chest freezer. The brushed satin finish fit well with my other appliances that are different. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

The first freezer we had was a 5.8 cu. in. horizontal freezer and as you know, the stuff on the bottom gets forgotten or is a pain to get out. So we got a 5.8 cu. in. upright freezer and the first time I had to defrost it I regretted not getting a frost free freezer. My wife also complained about not enough room and wanted to start prepping and freezing meals. So we got the Frigidaire frost free upright 13 cu. in. Freezer. It met all of our requirements and exceeded in other areas. It's quiet, seals tight and there is no warm spots in the freezer.

Bought this freezer around May of ‘21. Within just a few months, the frost-free feature stopped working and it would frost up so badly, you had to chip ice away to remove contents. The manufacturer gave us our money back and I should have used that to purchase another brand, however, supply issues made finding something else impossible so we purchased the same freezer again. This one lasted just until it was out of warranty, about 16 months, and is now doing the same thing. Waste of $800.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great having this new Frigidaire upright freezer in my garage and protected from the weather outside. After driving my car into our garage with weekly groceries, I unload my frozen items on the way to the door to our kitchen...... just a couple of steps to our refrigerator. This upright freezer makes it so easy to see what's in our spacious Frigidaire 13 cu. feet freezer as well what needs to be be replaced when I next do grocery shopping.

It does fulfilled all my family needs. it was recently bought so I could not speak for the long time performance, but I’m confident it will last for many many years and.

Its perfect! I replaced our 7 CF upright freezer (had manual defrost) with this Frigidaire 13 CF frost-free freezer. It has a door alarm, interior light, and exterior light which shows the unit is getting power. The interior is smartly designed. The door shelves are wide enough to hold boxes of waffles and Texas Toast easily. The wire shelves are adjustable. Its tall and just the right depth. The exterior is smooth and sleek. It has two spots (top and side) to grab to open the door. And the door is reversible. Great unit and just the right size. I should have purchased one sooner!

I'm happy with my new freezer. Very spacious and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend.

I had a chest freezer and it was always a mess! I tried organizing it with reusable grocery bags, and other types of containers, but i was always unloading the whole thing to get down to what i wanted, and in the mean time, items were crushed and had to be discarded. this is a dream, i keep the bread and other items that are soft when going into the freezer in the door and the meats and spare ice on the bottom two shelves to lower the chance for any contamination. (the wire bin in the middle of the photo was mine and is not included with the Freezer. i saw this in store, and then went on line to shop the pricing and it was the best value for a 13 footer that i found We did have to reverse the direction the door swung, but my husband did it himself, although it probably is a two person job to be on the safe side. As a final note, the FREE delivery was prompt, courteous, and helpful. It took less than 15 minutes. If you have a chest freezer and are considering going upright, you won't end up wrong buying this freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last freezer was a Frigidaire 8cuft chest freezer that lasted 18 years. While it worked well, we wanted something a little larger and an upright because items get lost at the bottom of chest freezers. I found the largest upright that would fit down our basement stairwell. We love it - great capacity, and we can see what we have! Lighted inside as well. Highly recommended.

Running it below zero with adjustments and its' doing great. Now we can actually see what's in the freezer instead of getting stuff lost for months.

Perfect for 2 people. Love the interior and exterior lighting, the pull out bin, door shelving, and the alarm. Great purchase from the best name in appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this model has an interior LED light, storage on the door, and an exterior green light under the door to indicate that the freezer has power. It’s footprint is smaller than a chest freezer, so it takes up less space in our basement and I won’t lose things that get buried at the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer replaces a chest freezer that was in the basement. The chest freezer was a good option 20yrs ago. Now our knees don't like the basement stairs. Also getting items from the bottom of the chest was difficult. So the bottom items just held the newer items up within reach. Now with the freezer in the garage, it is closer to the kitchen. Plus now we can see what we have and can rotate the stock.

More than enough space, especially with the convenient shelves on the door. I love that it has an inside light. Frost free was imperative and I haven’t experienced any frost buildup, even inside packages that routinely had buildup in my refrigerator freezer. I was very happy that the door reversal was very simple, has easy to follow instructions and only took less than 30 minutes, start to finish. It’s the best upright freezer I’ve ever had.

I really don't care for bottom refrigerator freezers because there not enough storage room and you forget items that are on the bottom of it. This freezer gave me the storage I was looking for and didn't take up a lot of room. The large green light on the bottom always lets me know it's running.
