I've had a lot of refrigerators in a lot of houses over the years we bought this because of the space limitation and the availability is terrible these days for anything new. Technicians have been out three times because it makes a loud cracking sound when it runs nearly all of the time they tell me this is normal operating noise I've done Refrigeration for 38 years in the commercial field and I assure you this is not normal. These are thin poorly designed and shadow of what Frigidaire used to be because they are imported from Asia. It's a real shame you think when you spend $1,500 for a new refrigerator that you would he fairly confident it's going to run. And consistently but very regularly freezes product in the cooler section also given a song and dance about this, the technician even suggested " try and not put product in those places that it freezes" this is when I knew I needed to show him the door. I tried to open a new claim and I got threatening responses that I would be liable for the service call fees if there is no problem found. So we donated it to a non-profit food pantry who doesn't care that it sounds like an old car...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to buy, good delivery. No apparent issues though the water dispenser isn’t dispensing cold water - only ambient temperature water. Isn’t the point that it is cold? The ice machine works fine.

So, far working well. Door stays cleaner than some stainless steel. Has a lot of room for counter depth refrigerator.

Not super happy with this purchase. The doors are not aligned and the delivery person said that it's supposed to be that way because "the weight of the ice maker will pull the door down and it will align eventually". The stainless steal on the doors are also very wavy, it's not a clean new look, it looks like it came from the scratch and dent pile. Also, our delivery person put a huge scratch in our brand new floors. Otherwise, if you don't care about the appearance of the appliance the actual functionality works just fine.

We weren’t able to get the doors level. Still waiting on Frigidaire or Home Depot to address that. And the food in the crisper drawers still freezes. This is supposedly normal, but it’s been a month.

Installation service was poor. Doors are not even and handles installed over protective wrap making it impossible to remove.

This fridge has met all the expectations we had for it. Cold food stays cold and freezer contents stay frozen. It fits really well in our kitchen (whoever designed said kitchen has obviously never used one as they put the fridge and the dishwasher across from each other; we couldn't open our old fridge while loading/unloading dishwasher). We like that the ice cube maker doesn't take up half the freezer space and the cubes are a good size for drinks. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that even with daily use, I still have to pull out the ice cube tray periodically and remove cubes that have clumped together.

Met all of our expectations.

I really like the counter depth design, saves about 3 or so inches. Still plenty of storage room in the fridge 2 great big bins and a smaller bin. Lots of shelving and plenty of storage on the door. Not sure I like the can storage at the bottom of the door but it works.

I can’t say enough, this fridge is amazing, very spacious. I love it and definitely recommend.

Works good. Only bummer thing is that the freezer and fridge door aren’t flush. The freezer door when closed sticks out about 1/4 inch.

It is hard to get ice into glasses without having a lot land on the floor. This applies to crushed and cubed ice.

Foam insulation left showing on one door hinge, metal at top isn't flush with top of door, icemaker motor died two weeks in, and my veggies keep freezing in the produce drawers. I will say, the service to replace the icemaker was quick and courteous and Frigidaire is sending a replacement door. Hopeful there's smooth sailing from here...but I bought an extended warranty just in case.

This product is not worthy of your hard earned money. It was purchased in September of 2020 and started being used in November when we moved in. Since then we have had 2 service calls. Both recommended when you call Frigidaire to arrange for service while product is still under manufacturer warranty (usually 1 year). First repairman came into my home with no tools and said “ yeah they have a lot of problems with this model. Put a piece of duck tape over the vent so things don’t freeze in the fridge part. Next service guy diagnosed that the computer board was bad. 4 weeks later and several calls the part should be here next week. I can’t tell you how much food I have had to throw out because it froze and spoiled. It was recommended to me by Frigidaire customer service that it was a good investment to purchase an extended warranty. This fridge is so bad they should include one with every purchase. Please save yourselves the headache.

Freezer door upper hinge cover snaps when closing. No way to adjust so repairman ground the plastic cover down with a Dremel. Water/Ice dispenser awkward and messy. Refrigerator drawers do not open or close smoothly. Lower refrigerator door bins can hold almost nothing. Refrigerator default temperature settings freezes food in the storage bins. I was wrong to think I was upgrading my Whirlpool Gold model.
