My 23 year old Frigidaire side by side had spill proof shelves and dispensed chilled water. If this one would have too, I would have given it five stars. I knew it didn't before I bought it, but it matched the rest of my appliances so I bought it anyway. My favorite features on it are the many flush LED lights that slowly come up to brightness, the door ajar warning, and the cube shaped ice cubes instead of the crescent moon shaped ones. It does seem a bit louder than my old one, but it doesn't bother me. One thing to note, the temperatures displayed are the setting temperatures, not the actual temperatures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had a LG refrigerator which malfunctioned twice in 5 short years. After the second time, the repairman suggested purchasing anything other than an LG or Samsung (the most popular at the box stores). We stuck with a reliable name and are so far very happy with the results. It's only been about a month but we like the side-by-side features. Easy to see food in the fridge and the freezer. The shelves on the doors are deep enough to hold milk and juice bottles. The fridge makes tons of ice and the simple design to switch from water to cubed ice to crushed ice on the door is nice. All in all, a good fridge.

It looks terrific with my updated decor and doesn’t clash, in the least with my black appliances. It’s quiet and we love having crushed ice again!

Everything went fine. The refrigerator is performing very well. It looks great.

I love the features and size of this fridge. There is plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer. I adore the water and air filtration. It does run a little loudly, but it is not so loud that it is irritating. What I do not love is the fact that it is 7 months old and a shelf and a door bin cracked. The shelf was replaced under warranty, but the door bin was not. It is considered a ‘cosmetic’ part, so it is already out of warranty. Too bad it is a necessary part for storage, and not just cosmetics. The bin costs $99 to purchase (seriously???). Even the extended warranty I purchased through Hone Depot only covers 50% of the cost. Ugh. Let’s hope things don’t keep breaking from normal use.... On a final note - Frigidaire customer service is HORRIBLE. No one ever gets on the chat when you ask. There is a phone tree (I hate phone trees). I have had to call multiple times for my 2 problems. I got disconnected by a customer service agent twice (I do believe it was the same voice both times). In a nutshell- when you need customer service, prepare to spend at least an hour, to get disconnected, and to get one awful agent before you call BACK and finally get someone who knows what they are doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These look beautiful in our new kitchen. Are easy to operate. The fridge makes a lot of strange noises, but Frigidaire does a nice job explaining they are normal and what each noise is for (ice, recirculation, etc.). Love em.

With the fridge set to the highest safe temperature, food items near the edges freeze.

Unfortunately, I've now had two of these. The first came with a compressor so noisy it sounded like it was going to fall apart at any minute. Called Home Depot, they replaced with another one which has the same exact problem except worse! I would recommend this fridge to anyone who enjoys being woken up in the middle of the night because the noise is that bad. We are completely dissatisfied and Home Depot will not help us any further - they refer us to the manufacturer who never answers the phone or calls us back. Terrible, all the way around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance is the best! It always dispenses cold, fresh water, it makes just the right amount of ice, and my Great Dane even learned how to get ice!!! Gotta love the ease of use!!!! And the ability to LOCK the dispenser controls!!!

I set the refrigerator temp to the recommended setting of 37 degrees and many items were freezing in the produce/ vegetable drawers as well as the top shelf. My LG refrigerator never had this problem and was set at the same temperature.

Unexpectedly noisy and loud. It makes weird humming noises and the ice maker dropping the ice is extremely loud compared to the older model we had of this fridge. We would have went with another brand but this is all they had in stock and available when are fridge went out. Temperature regulation in this fridge is inconsistent. FIND other options if you can!

Have had for a month, So far so good, it’s very attractive lights up nicely and cools nicely. I’ve seen negative reviews about noises it makes, I’ve heard some but they are not a big deal. Overall I would recommend this refrigerator.

Drawers feel cheap and don’t slide smoothly. Very disappointing purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wiffe and I needed ato replace an old GE and this Friggidaire fit the features we were looking for. I needed to fit in a small space so the cabinet size was perfect. The water and ice in the door are convenient and work fantastic.

We needed a counter-depth fridge and the price of this one on sale was decent. Honestly, it was a little pricey (in my opinion) for such a small fridge. Anyway, I like the fridge and the look on the outside is clean and sleek BUT considering the cost, the compartments inside are super cheap. We have had to replace/repair the large compartment in the door twice (at $100 a pop) in the 18 months that we've owned it. The vegetable drawer freezes the veg no matter how low I set it. Also, it makes a fairly loud whirring noise when the ice maker is engaged. All in all, this fridge fit the brief of what we were looking for but if we had other alternatives at the same price point, I think we would have gone another direction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very good looking refrigerator. but beyond the good looks, we are unhappy with this model. First we had a problem with temperature setting. The main section was either too warm or everything froze. We finally, after much trial & error, found a compromise setting. Your ice dispenser seems designed to dispense one ice cube or 500 cubes at a time, nothing in between. Plus your aim is off. It is not unusual for cubes to shoot out at a wild angle and land on the floor. Lastly, I'm disappointed that the water from the water dispenser is basically ambient temperature. It would have bee nice to pre chill the water. As I said- looks good, but we will do more research before we purchase another refrigerator.

We had a French door with bottom freezer model previously and I was a bit worried if this new one would be large enough. We have found there is plenty of space. I love the side by side model for the freezer because now I can see everything! We enjoy the water/ice dispenser, however, the ice dispenser is a tad aggressive and often a few pieces end up on the floor. I wish it would fit a tall water bottle, but we are making it work. It looks great and fits perfectly in our small kitchen. Overall we are pretty happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase was to replace a 30 year old KitchenAid refrigerator that I loved but it was time to update our kitchen. We decided on the Frigidaire Gallery collection. The refrigerator is 3" deeper and 3" higher than my old side by side and the extra interior storage is incredible. The icemaker is a lot smaller which increases freezer capacity without sacrificing ice production. Temperature controls are easy to set and freezer/refrigerator temperatures are very accurate. Really like it so far - let's see what the next 30 years bring!
